The arrival of the big data era means a fundamental change in the production and operation mode of enterprises.As an important pillar industry of the service industry,the retail industry needs to respond to market changes and user needs in time to improve operation efficiency.How to make effective use of big data resources,improve the construction of big data application environment and realize enterprise value-added has become an urgent problem for each retail enterprise.As one of the leading enterprises of food retail enterprises under the background of big data,Three Squirrels study the path and measures of value creation of their big data technology in different business links,which can be used as a reference for other food retail enterprises on how to better adapt to the era of big data.Through the method of case analysis,this thesis selects Three Squirrels that have a leading position in food retail enterprises under the background of big data,and studies how to use big data for value creation path innovation from the three business links of procurement,marketing and warehousing logistics,It also deeply analyzes the process of Three Squirrels further creating value by optimizing specific links in the value chain,refines the characteristics,and provides ideas and suggestions for the ongoing value creation of enterprises in the same industry.Through the research,the characteristics of value creation path innovation of Three Squirrels are summarized: firstly,under the background of big data,food retail enterprises should extract data resources with practical value according to big data analysis and optimize the process of the whole supply chain,so as to ensure that enterprises establish sustainable competitive advantages in the value chain.In the procurement process,give full play to the role of big data,connect enterprises with stakeholders in the supply chain,such as suppliers and manufacturers,promote information sharing and promote common cooperation.Through data-driven and technology driven,realize the innovation,upgrading and transformation of the whole procurement link.For procurement inventory,big data or artificial intelligence can be used to optimize and improve it,so as to achieve the goal of automatic replenishment and pricing,not only reduce procurement costs and realize value creation,but also effectively improve the efficiency and quality of the industry and society by improving market competitiveness;In the marketing link,big data is used to study the needs of consumers,analyze their preferences,divide labels,and implement precision marketing for different customer groups,omitting a large number of unnecessary links,reducing the overall cost and improving the revenue.Moreover,it also creates a personalized communication service system for consumers to form customer stickiness and expand the user base,so as to realize value creation;In warehousing and logistics,we should play the role of big data technology to make the relationship between people and logistics equipment,equipment and equipment closer and closer,and finally form a fully functional and huge intelligent logistics system.We should not only ensure the automation of logistics operations,but also realize the intellectualization of logistics operations and help enterprises make more correct decisions,which is conducive to maintaining customer relations,It is conducive to improve the efficiency of resource allocation and so on,so as to create value.Then,according to the financial performance indicators,this thesis verifies that the three squirrels have always been used as an e-commerce platform.Enterprises continue to optimize the supply chain process through big data,establish many sustainable competitive advantages in the value chain,and improve the overall value of the enterprise through competitive advantages.Finally,it summarizes how the three squirrels create value in the three business links of procurement,marketing and warehousing logistics,and puts forward suggestions on the rational use of big data technology for value creation.
