| With the development of economy, the relationship between urban and rural areas in China is gradually close, but it also aggravates the gap between urban and rural areas.Faced with this situation,China has formulated a series of relevant policies and measures, such as urban-rural integration, urbanization and rural revitalization,to make the urban-rural relationship more harmonious and move from confrontation to integrated development. After entering the new era,China has clearly put forward the strategy of "integrated development of urban and rural areas" and issued many concrete and feasible documents to help urban and rural development. Therefore,on the basis of analyzing the connotation of urban-rural integration, this thesis studies the evaluation index system,spatial-temporal evolution characteristics and dynamic mechanism of urban-rural integration development level of Jiangxi Province as a whole and 11 prefecture-level cities, hoping to provide reference for local governments to formulate differentiated urban-rural integration policies. The research content of this thesis are:(1)from the urban and rural elements, industry, economy, public services, six dimension space and ecological fusion evaluation index system of urban and rural integration development level in Jiangxi Province, using the entropy weight and multiple correlation coefficient combination method measure of Jiangxi Province as a whole and 11 cities in 2008-2019 urban and rural integration development level.(2)The natural breaks method in Arc GIS was used to grade the level of urban-rural integration in various regions of Jiangxi Province, explore and evaluate the spatial and temporal differences of the development level distribution of urban-rural integration in various regions within the year, and study the spatial agglomeration characteristics of urban-rural integration in various regions by using auto-correlation analysis.(3)With the level of urban-rural integration development as the explained variable and human capital, financial development, industrial structure, economic level, government behavior, market demand and openness as the explanatory variables, the spatial econometric model is used to explore the dynamic mechanism of urban-rural integration development and provide suggestions for policy making. The results of this thesis show that:(1)the overall level of urban-rural integration development in Jiangxi Province shows a slow and steady upward trend, and there are obvious differences in the integration of various dimensions.(2)The temporal variation of urban-rural integration changes from " low level, significant gap" to " high level, narrow gap";The spatial agglomeration effect of each region is significant. The urban-rural integration level is higher in northern Jiangxi Province and lower in eastern and western Jiangxi Province.(3)In the study of the dynamic mechanism of urban-rural integration development, financial development and opening to the outside world can promote the local urban-rural integration development, and also have a positive radiation effect on the urban-rural integration development in the surrounding areas;Human capital has a positive effect on the local urban-rural integration development, but will inhibit the neighboring area;Industrial structure, government behavior and market demand restrain the development of local urban-rural relations, and there is no radiation effect;Economic level will significantly promote the urban-rural integration of surrounding areas.Based on the above research conclusions, this thesis puts forward the following policy suggestions for the urban-rural integration development of Jiangxi Province :(1)Strengthen the integration of factors and promote the integration of urban and rural factors.(2)Industrial structure adjustment, industrial integration should vigorously play a role in promoting urban-rural integration development.(3)All regions should focus on coordinated development and strengthen cooperation.(4)Standardize government behavior and formulate policies conducive to long-term development of urban-rural integration. |
