The current study aims to investigate the interaction between the development of Chinese cross-border e-commerce enterprises and the online shopping behaviors of American consumers.One of the aims of this study is to examine how Chinese cross-border e-commerce enterprises successfully grab US online consumers’ attention on US e-commerce platforms.The US e-commerce market is one of the largest and most robust markets globally.This makes the US e-commerce market attractive for international online sellers,especially for Chinese cross-border e-commerce enterprises.For the sellers to catch up with the United States’ competitive e-commerce market is a big success,but one of the most important key points is knowing the customer type and expectations.This research paper examines American online shoppers’ thoughts about Chinese cross-border e-commerce enterprises.It aims to determine American Online shoppers’ expectations and satisfaction levels when purchasing from Chinese cross-border e-commerce enterprises.Furthermore,this study also examines the impact of the development of Chinese cross-border e-commerce enterprises on-demand behavior of US online shoppers towards Chinese products.The study used data from various sources and found that Chinese sellers continuously improve their e-commerce skills and become more sophisticated in the US e-commerce market.This change and improvement have an impact on US online consumers.The findings have resulted from data analysis,and the study results showed that the number of Chinese cross-border e-commerce enterprises in the United States market keeps increasing.There are different reasons for this increase: product price,service quality,good e-commerce skills,product quality,and wide selection. |
