With the rapid development of economy,the competition in the information market faced by commercial banks is gradually becoming fierce.With the accelerated emergence of information technologies such as big data,cloud computing and artificial intelligence,the traditional bank retail business has been difficult to meet the actual needs of the survival and development of current commercial banks.The retail business has a large customer base,concentrated business,a high degree of standardization of financial products and a higher dependence on science and technology.At the same time,facing Internet finance,it has more convenient,interactive,friendly and intuitive services,Indeed,it has caused a great impact to a large extent,and customers put forward higher requirements for the intelligence and convenience of financial services.Therefore,the digital transformation of retail business of commercial banks is imperative.So far,commercial banks have successively developed their own digital financial tools,Internet financial products and distinctive mobile app to seek digital transformation.However,this is obviously not enough.Commercial banks must continue to accelerate the development of digital management innovation and R & D of their core business,take financial technology as the foothold,start from the reform of internal organizational structure,deeply promote the construction of digital marketing channels,accelerate the collaborative development of online channel digitization and offline channel intelligence,and strive to cooperate with digital technology enterprises through internal independent R & D Improve their own digital operation level by means of cooperation and sharing with external enterprise platforms and data,and introducing advanced technology from abroad.As an important financial force in China’s financial system,China’s urban commercial banks have made outstanding contributions in the process of serving urban and rural residents and supporting the local real economy.At present,retail customers’ awareness of wealth management is increasing,so the demand for retail business products is also gradually increasing.In addition,with the deepening of interest rate marketization and the change of business environment,at present,the deposit and loan interest margin income obtained by urban commercial banks from traditional business has an obvious decreasing trend,and the loss of customers is becoming more and more serious.In the current wave of digital transformation,urban commercial banks are also an indispensable part,playing their own strength.Therefore,it is urgent for urban commercial banks represented by Jiangxi bank to use science and technology to optimize the supply of products and services,enable the ability to meet the needs of users through digital,and realize the comprehensive digital transformation of banking business and enterprise management.As one of the best urban commercial banks in Jiangxi Province,Jiangxi bank is imperative in the digital transformation of retail business.Therefore,this thesis takes the retail business of Jiangxi bank as the research object.This thesis analyzes the operation of Jiangxi bank in recent years,the development of retail business,the measures taken for digital transformation and the shortcomings of digital transformation,hoping to provide reference for the digital transformation of commercial banks.Starting from the analysis of the concept and significance of digital transformation,this thesis analyzes the basic situation of Bank of Jiangxi and the digital transformation of retail business,analyzes the development of retail business from multiple angles,empirically analyzes the digital transformation effect of Bank of Jiangxi by selecting the data of peers and using multi factor analysis method,and analyzes and supplements the transformation effect.Then,based on the analysis of its digital transformation,this thesis puts forward feasible optimization measures.Some targeted optimization suggestions are put forward,such as developing differentiated mobile finance and characteristic online products,improving business digitization ability,breaking the traditional system of science and technology,building an agile system,cultivating compound talents and introducing digital talents,building digital financial infrastructure,building a digital comprehensive scene,etc.With the help of financial technology,urban commercial banks should carry out digital transformation in the aspects of scene ecology,customer experience,data elements,grass-roots innovation,enterprise structure and talent reserve,which is the key driving force of digital transformation of retail business.
