Research On Problems And Countermeasures Of Tax Service Of Zhuanghe Tax Bureau From The Perspective Of Service-oriented Government

Building a service-oriented government is an inevitable requirement for improving national governance and enhancing the people’s sense of identity.Improving the tax service of the grass-roots tax authorities is a necessary part of promoting the construction of a service-oriented government.As a grass-roots tax authority,Zhuanghe tax bureau has made great efforts to promote the improvement of tax service quality in recent years,and has made some achievements,but there is still a significant gap compared with the tax departments in developed regions in China.Analyzing the problems and causes of the tax service of Zhuanghe tax bureau,and putting forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the tax service of the Zhuanghe tax bureau are the core issues to be studied in this thesis.From the perspective of service-oriented government,this thesis studies the problems and countermeasures of tax service of Zhuanghe tax bureau..First of all,through the review of the domestic and foreign classic literature and the latest literature in this field,the main points and shortcomings of the existing literature are clarified,and the relevant concepts and theoretical basis of service-oriented government and tax service are further clarified.Secondly,it combs the current situation of the tax service of Zhuanghe tax bureau,and obtains the taxpayer’s satisfaction evaluation on the tax service of Zhuanghe tax bureau by a questionnaire survey.Then on this basis,it analyzes the main problems and causes of the tax service of Zhuanghe tax bureau.Thirdly,it summarizes and refines advanced experience in tax service of tax departments in developed regions in China,and the Enlightenment of these advanced experience to the tax service work of Zhuanghe tax bureau.Finally,from three aspects of strengthening the construction of tax service team,improving the effectiveness of tax publicity,and promoting the digitalization and intelligence of tax service,this thesis puts forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions for the optimization of tax service of Zhuanghe tax bureau.Taking Zhuanghe Tax Bureau as a case,this thesis explores how to improve the tax service work in the grass-roots tax authorities,so as to promote the construction of a service-oriented government,which provides a certain basis for the follow-up researchers to carry out in-depth research in this direction.At the same time,it has certain reference significance and reference value for the tax service work of the same type of grass-roots tax authorities in China.
