| Currently,digital transformation has become the new direction of economic and social development,and an important driving force for the construction of Digital China and Network Power.With the rise of Internet finance and the arrival of the post-epidemic era,the digital transformation of financial institutions is inevitable.As an important part of China’s financial industry,how fund management companies can effectively combine finance and technology,integrate their business advantages and data resources,and realize a series of innovative transformations in business model,organizational structure and corporate culture through digital transformation has become a pain point for the strategic transformation of the whole fund industry nowadays.Based on classical theories in the field of corporate governance and strategic management,this paper selects YS fund management company,whose digital transformation is in its initial stage,and finds that.(1)The current problems of YS Fund in the process of digital transformation include:incomplete top-level design and lack of systematic planning;non-autonomous digital system and lack of differentiation and flexibility in technical architecture;difficult to unify process optimization and inefficiency due to redundant business processes;difficult to integrate digital talents and lack of business innovation;difficult to solve diversified needs and lack of customer information management capability.(2)The recommendations for YS Fund’s digital transformation are: at the corporate strategy level,the company should restructure its experience,processes and operations,collaborate to build an intelligent digital platform and promote digital infrastructure construction.The business strategy level should focus on business digitization,business integration and convergence,business model innovation and digital business cultivation.The functional strategy level is specifically to optimize and innovate in four areas,including marketing function,operation function,risk control function and human resource function,to create a digital function system that is driven by all multi-point force and each other.(3)To ensure the implementation of YS Fund’s digital transformation strategy,the following safeguards are recommended: optimize governance mechanisms and establish stable mechanisms for management,communication and collaboration,tracking,optimization and decision-making;enhance technical safeguards and build a digital and data platform(DDP);strengthen talent safeguards and introduce domain experts and project card implementation teams and digital promotion managers;and sublimate corporate Culture guarantee,digital cultivation around the five themes of "customer first,innovation,flexibility and agility,value unity,open integration". |
