With Chinese strategic goal of "achieving carbon peaking by 2030 and carbon neutrality by 2060",the photovoltaic industry has been developing rapidly in China.At the same time,new energy power,represented by photovoltaic and wind power,will be the basis of Chinese future energy structure transformation and related to Chinese energy security.In recent years,many photovoltaic power generation projects have been started,and the proportion of photovoltaic power generation is also increasing,which has given rise to problems such as low return on investment in photovoltaic projects and impact on grid security.Good operation and management of photovoltaic power plants is crucial to the development of the industry,the transformation of Chinese energy structure and security.To improve the operation and management of PV power plants,this paper develops different optimization schemes from the operation and management modes of PV power plants and uses the combined AHP-TOPSIS method to calculate the optimal optimization scheme for the sales mode of Company A’s PV power plant.Firstly,combining literature analysis,expert opinions,and relevant experiences,three primary evaluation indicators of the electricity sales model based on comprehensive benefits were summarized,including electricity sales channel optimization,electricity sales period optimization and electricity sales stability optimization,which were then subdivided into 11 secondary evaluation indicators according to the characteristics of the primary evaluation indicators.Subsequently,the relative total weights of the secondary evaluation indicators based on overall efficiency were calculated by combining the expert opinion method and the AHP method.The AHP-TOPSIS method is then used to determine the degree of influence of the indicators on the optimization scheme,which is used as the basis for the overall effectiveness of the optimization scheme of the electricity sales model of Company A’s photovoltaic power plant,to calculate and analyses the optimal optimization scheme.In this paper,the combined AHP-TOPSIS method is mainly used to select the optimization scheme,and the comprehensive benefits of the optimization scheme are analyzed in detail and scientifically,providing a basis for the optimization of the electricity sales model of PV power plants,with a view to promoting the development of Chinese PV industry. |
