In recent years,my country’s market economy has been faced with a complex and changeable economic environment,and domestic enterprises have faced many challenges in the devel OPMent of this environment,especially under the current conditions,the problem of difficult financing for enterprises has become more and more prominent.For the problem of enterprise capital,the most important one in the survival and devel OPMent of the enterprise is the management of the working capital of the enterprise.For working capital management,the first thing an enterprise should consider is the efficiency of its use,and the second thing to consider is the stable capital chain of the enterprise.In the process of working capital management in financial management,if it is not properly managed,it will face the risk of capital chain breakage.cause financial distress.Faced with this problem,OPM(Other People’s Money)strategy is playing an increasingly important role in working capital management.It is a new working capital management strategy proposed by Huang Shizhong in my country.In order to ensure sufficient cash flow of the enterprise to accelerate the turnover of working capital,it can reduce the operating cost of the enterprise and improve the efficiency of the enterprise.In addition,the most important point of this strategy is to provide sufficient working capital for the enterprise,which is mainly achieved by occupying the funds of upstream suppliers and downstream distributors,thereby solving the financing difficulties in the process of enterprise operation.However,how to effectively manage the working capital under the OPM strategy should not only consider the specific results brought by the strategy to the enterprise and the risks in the application process,but also consider whether it can bring certain reference to other industries or the same industry.,these issues are the key to be discussed and resolved in this paper.This paper takes Haitian Flavor Industry as the research object.The company has used the advantages of its own brand and scale accumulated over the years to help itself establish a certain business credit,so that the implementation of the OPM strategy has achieved certain results,but at the same time there are certain risks.The first part of this article is the introduction,which first introduces the research background and significance of this article,organizes and reviews the literature related to the article at home and abroad,then introduces the writing structure and route of the article,and finally introduces the research methods and innovations of the article.;The second part mainly introduces the related concepts and related theoretical basis of the article from the concepts and measurement indicators related to working capital and OPM strategy.On this basis,the current situation of working capital management under the OPM strategy of Haitian Flavor Industry will be analyzed.First,the basic situation of Haitian Flavor Industry will be introduced;then,the performance of working capital management under Haitian Flavor Industry’s OPM strategy will be analyzed from two aspects.From the perspective of cash turnover period,it analyzes the implementation of its OPM strategy,and then based on the channel perspective,it analyzes the performance of working capital management under the OPM strategy through the working capital turnover period.Through the above analysis,the results and existing problems brought by the OPM strategy to Haitian Flavor Industry are obtained.Finally,corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward,which provides a certain reference for the application of OPM strategy by enterprises in related industries. |
