| As the society develops,people have higher demand for health,which has promoted the expansion of the scale and number of pharmacies in China.The development of the pharmaceutical industry in a high speed has attracted the entry of capital.What’s more,it’s obvious to see the chain and centralization trend of pharmacies.A new world for the retail industry has been opened with the development of Internet technology,so a new retail stage of online and offline integrated development is coming.However,monomer pharmacies are facing many tests such as market environment and national policies under the new retail background.Therefore,the improvement their operation capability to establish competitive advantage should be urgently implemented.In this thesis,the countermeasures to improve the operation capabilities of SRYY’s monomer pharmacies under the new retail background are mainly explored.To be specific,on the basis of defining key concepts and in-depth understanding of the research status of the factors affecting the operation capabilities of enterprises(especially pharmacies),the value chain theory is used to conduct the analysis on the present status,problems and reasons of SRYY’s monomer pharmacy operation capabilities under new retail.Then,the countermeasures to enhance the operation capability of SRYY’s monomer pharmacies under the new retail are put forward in line with the theory of digital transformation,and the formulation of the corresponding safeguard measures is conducted.In line with the value chain theory analysis,it is found that the low degree of digitalization is the most important problem in the improvement of the operation capability of SRYY’s monomer pharmacies under the new retail,which cannot realize the technological empowerment of the main value chain activities.The reasons for the difficulty in improving the operation capabilities of SRYY’s monomer pharmacies under new retail include:(1)the lack of overall planning for digital construction;(2)the lack of supporting organizations and talents;(3)the failure to identify the core competitiveness of monomer pharmacies;and(4)the lack of new retail thinking.According to the above analysis,the countermeasures are proposed in this thesis to improve the operation capability of SRYY’s monomer pharmacies under the new retail: such as(1)the digitalization of management,including the enhancement of technical capabilities;(2)The digitalization of sales,including the enhancement of sales capabilities;(3)the digitalization of commodities,including the improvement of procurement capabilities;and(4)the digitization of service,including the improvement of service capabilities.Besides,the safeguard measures are adopted from the four aspects of organizational structure,business process,talent team building and incentive promotion system,so that the digital transformation can be implemented smoothly. |
