| In recent years,due to the population aging,the impact of COVID-19 and other factors,the expansion of our country’s endowment insurance coverage has been slow and the pension problems to be faced in the future have become increasingly prominent.In order to maintain the healthy and sustainable development of the entire social security system and reshape an efficient social security operating mechanism.The report of the 19 th National Congress requires the establishment of a unified national social insurance public service platform as soon as possible,and the comprehensive implementation of the universal insurance plan,which is also to provide technical support for improving the overall level of social insurance,effectively promoting the integration of the system and improving the fairness of the system.The economic development of Changzhou is relatively good,there are many insured persons and the demands are diversified.In 2018,Changzhou launched the "Three-Year Action" for social security for all people to participate in the insurance.In 2020,the growth rate of the number of people who participate in the endowment insurance for enterprises in our city ranked second in Jiangsu province.However,as the aging population and pension benefits increase year by year,the pressure on pensions also increases.And in the process of expanding coverage,it was found that the number of employees in our city was not accurately grasped,the payment level of some enterprises was low,and the willingness of new business personnel to participate in insurance was not strong.This paper analyzes the causes of the problem from the perspective of social insurance,social insurance institution,employees,and employer.And this paper makes some suggestions to accelerate social security coverage expansion and promote the sustainable development of social security funds.The suggestions are as follows.Improve the endowment insurance policies for enterprise employees,improve the service of social insurance agencies,step up efforts to the propaganda,establish a more efficient and linkage mechanism for coverage expansion,strengthen inspections,and conduct coverage expansion audits. |
