Abstract/Summary:
With the rapid economic growth and the increasing vitality of domestic circulation,the consumption structure of Chinese residents has been continuously upgraded,which requires higher quality of consumer goods including quality and freshness.Cold chain storage provides the necessary low-temperature environment for cold chain food.However,cold chain storage operators usually pay more attention to the flow and cost of their own storage,while ignoring the loss of food quality and safety in the process of storage,transportation and distribution.At present,most underdeveloped provinces and regions in China’s central and western regions,in the cold chain storage process,many cold storage tenants have rented cold storage at low prices to attract tenants who need cold chain storage according to tenants’ preferences,and they compete fiercely with high-standard cold storage in the market,resulting in food quality and safety damage and resource waste,damaging consumers’ health and hindering the development of cold storage standardization in cold chain storage.In view of the above-mentioned practical problems,this thesis first takes the high-standard cold storage and ordinary cold storage in the cold storage rental market as competitors,establishes a unified pricing and differential pricing model considering different tenants’ different sensitivities to price and freshness,and analyzes the changes and optimal decision-making of cold storage renters’ pricing,freshness level and profit under the joint influence of different tenants’ different sensitivities on market rental demand.The comparative study found that:(1)the renter’s profit from differential pricing is higher;When the price-sensitive tenants increase their price sensitivity and the freshness-sensitive tenants increase their freshness-sensitive tenants,the profits of common warehouses are higher than those of high-bid warehouses.Then,according to the conclusion that "the profit of high-bid warehouse is not as high as that of ordinary warehouse when the price is higher" in this model,an evolutionary game model considering the government’s supervision and tenants’ fair concern about the differential pricing behavior of ordinary warehouse is established,and it is concluded that the government’s supervision will be beneficial to the final evolution of ordinary warehouse to improve the fresh-keeping and service level.The research results of this thesis will provide reference for relevant provinces and regions in China to formulate cold chain logistics planning and policies and regulations in related fields,provide theoretical support for the decision-making of cold storage tenants,and help realize the orderly and healthy operation of cold storage by tenants in cold chain storage links,and finally promote the healthy and high-quality development of China’s cold chain logistics industry.
