Based On Entropy Method And Grey Relational Analysis Method,the Effectiveness Analysis Of Jiujiang Township Distribution Network

With the transformation and upgrading of rural network round after round,the quality of distribution network in Jiujiang township areas has been greatly improved,which provides a solid foundation for the economic development of township areas.However,with the improvement of residents’ quality of life,the flow of population and the differentiated development of economy,the original expansion oriented distribution network construction is easy to lead to a lot of investment waste,and it is more and more unable to meet the differentiated power demand in different regions.Therefore,on the premise of ensuring reliable power supply of distribution network,improving the efficiency and benefit of power grid construction is the top priority of power grid construction in the next step.At the same time,the township distribution network project construction management team is also facing a more arduous test.At a time when there is a general shortage of personnel in the project management team.With the continuous standardization of the construction process of distribution network in townships and the continuous implementation of new technologies and standards,the project management team not only needs to take into account more and more indicators,but also needs to improve management efficiency.In this thesis,the towns and villages in Jiujiang which have completed the construction of distribution network were taken as the research object.Accorded to the construction requirements of township distribution network and the operation characteristics of power grid,the operation quality evaluation system of township distribution network was established.Then the entropy method was used to establish the operation quality evaluation model of township distribution network,and the evaluation results of township distribution network construction were obtained by taking the operation quality of completed power grid as the evaluation standard of power grid construction effectiveness.Took the re-evaluation results as a reference,the grey relational analysis method was used to analyze various factors in the management process of the township distribution network construction project,and found out the influencing factors that are more relevant to the construction results.In this thesis,an evaluation model of the operation quality of township distribution network based on entropy method was put forward,and the influencing factors of the construction effect of township distribution network in Jiujiang area were analyzed by grey relational analysis.Finally,accorded to the analysis results,this thesis put forward opinions and suggestions on the next power grid construction and management in Jiujiang area.
