Study On The Pension Dilemma And Supporting Strategies Of Rural Family With Only Child In The Context Of Aging

The family planning policy has been carried out for more than 40 years.As the personal and profound experience of the special historical period,the one-child family has made great contributions to the national population and family planning cause at the expense of individual reproductive rights.With the promotion of family planning policy and the development of society,the aging phenomenon of rural population is very serious.The scale of rural parents,a special social group,is expanding,and this group is also getting into the old age stage,and its pension problem is becoming increasingly prominent.In this study,the only child parents in rural areas are taken as the research object,and a field visit is made to Xin ’an Town,Lu ’an city.Questionnaires and interviews are used to carry out research and obtain data.According to a certain age and number ratio,the pension status of the only child parents and non-only child parents in this area is investigated.Contrast between family endowment there are the similarities and differences in content,found that the two old man family income is generally not high,living conditions were similar,busy daily life and entertainment form is single,but rural one-child family old man in "worried sick,giving children burden" and "unaccompanied,feel lonely" level endowment worry is higher than rural households nonexclusive old man.Further analysis was made on the problems existing in the contents of old-age care of the surveyed objects: from the aspect of economic support--low income for old-age care,insufficient traditional savings;from the aspect of life care--large demand for medical care,adequate care for children;from the aspect of spiritual comfort--long empty nest time and lack of spiritual comfort.The causes of rural one-child family pension problems are various,finally,the author from the government,society,family,individual and other multi-subject rural one-child family pension proposed relief suggestions.
