The report to the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed to implement the rural revitalization strategy,give priority to agricultural and rural development,and accelerate agricultural and rural modernization.As a new type of agricultural business subject,leading agricultural enterprises have always been the core backbone force supporting and promoting the economic development of rural areas.The whole agricultural industry chain led by leading agricultural enterprises is one of the effective means to integrate the majority of small and medium-sized farmers into the development of modern agriculture.In recent years,Anhui province actively promotes industrialization management,and takes cultivating and expanding leading enterprises as an important measure to promote agricultural modernization management.Therefore,the scientific evaluation of the performance of leading agricultural enterprises in Anhui province has had an important impact on optimizing the agricultural industrial structure,driving farmers to increase their income and become rich,and creating a good social environment.This study draws on previous research results,Based on the relevant literature review and theoretical research,To analyze the development status of leading agricultural enterprises in Anhui Province,Select 81 leading agricultural enterprises in Anhui province as research samples for specific research,According to the actual research data of leading agricultural enterprises,Based on the development characteristics of leading agricultural enterprises in Anhui Province,the evaluation indexes of "economic performance","social performance" and "potential performance" are constructed,Establish a statistical model of rigorous elimination dimensions,Using factor analysis and improved entropy method,The comprehensive performance evaluation results of leading agricultural enterprises are obtained and analyzed,Finally,the corresponding improvement suggestions are put forward from six aspects: strengthening the internal management,striving for famous brands,improving the independent innovation ability of enterprises,strengthening the enterprise talent training,improving the financing support system and enhancing the market competitiveness of enterprises.
