Since the reform and opening up,China’s economic development has made great achievements,Due to the rapid and vigorous development of the national economy,China’s rural agriculture has also been a rapid and vigorous development,But people should to be clearly,The rapid and vigorous development of agriculture in China,It cannot change the foundation situation that China’s rural agricultural economy is still relatively lagging behind,In order to effectively solve the thorny problems faced in the development of rural agriculture,During the 19 th CPC National Congress,The CPC Central Committee has innovatively put forward the proposition of "rural revitalization" strategy,In the past,a series of policies on agriculture,rural areas and farmers mainly focused on developing rural areas,On the basis of the "rural revitalization" strategy,Put forward a more comprehensive and more comprehensive requirements for rural development,Pointing out new paths,tasks and goals for rural development in the new era,In the "rural revitalization" strategy,"Industrial revitalization" is the top priority,It is the premise of solving the problem of backward rural development.As the core of modern economy,finance plays a decisive role in supporting the revitalization of rural industries.In the process of promoting rural revitalization,how to use financial tools to improve the service ability and level of rural finance is very important.Anhui is one of the first China to carry out the rural financial system reform,at the same time is a key area of rural reform,the rural development level is representative,so the study of rural financial development on the level of rural industry development,has important reference value for other provinces,has the practical significance.The article first regards the rural industry revitalization strategy as the starting point of research,First,through a qualitative approach,The relevant research results at home and abroad are summarized comprehensively,The relevant concept,theory,influence mechanism and the development status of the rural financial development and the rural industrial development level have made a more detailed analysis;Subsequent article utilizing the methods of quantitative studies,Selected 16 cities in Anhui province from 2011 to 2020 as research samples,Established the evaluation index system of rural industrial development level,And through the entropy weight TOPSIS method,The comprehensive index of rural industrial development level in 16 cities in Anhui province was calculated;last,In this paper,the calculated composite index is taken as the explained variable,Taking rural financial development as an explanatory variable,The influence of rural financial development on the development level of rural industry is analyzed,The purpose is to provide a scientific theoretical basis for the rural financial development to promote the level of rural industrial development.The main conclusions include: first,the scale of rural financial development in Anhui has negative influence on the level of rural industrial development;second,the quality of rural financial development in Anhui has positive influence on the level of rural industrial development;third,the depth of rural financial development is insufficient;fourth,the efficiency of rural industrial development needs to be improved.Based on the above conclusions,the following suggestions: first,enrich financial products and increase the support for agriculture,forestry,animal husbandry and fishery;second,continuously increase the vitality and strength of loans;third,increase the support for rural financial development in areas with low level of rural industrial development;and fourth,improve the efficiency of rural financial market.
