With the transformation of China’s economy from high-speed development to high-quality development,as well as the concept of domestic large cycle proposed,it has greater positive significance for the development of China’s manufacturing industry.In recent years,due to the country’s emphasis on the physical manufacturing industry,the development of the machine tool industry has gradually shifted to the high-tech field,and the profit quality of the machine tool industry is of great significance to promoting the development of the industry,so this paper selects Zhejiang Heidemann as the research object for its use of case analysis method,principal component analysis method,etc.,to give certain suggestions for improving the quality of the machine tool industry.This paper establishes a horizontal comparison of the profit quality of the enterprise from the four aspects of profitability,cashability,stability and growth,and the principal component analysis method evaluation model of the longitudinal comparison of the profit quality of the enterprise in different periods,through which it is found that there are certain problems in the stability and growth of the profits of the enterprise,and at the same time,according to the qualitative analysis,it is found that there are also problems in the profitability and cash collection of the profit quality of the enterprise.Combine non-financial factors that have an impact on profit quality to identify the causes of problems and countermeasures accordingly.In general,the above problems are caused by the adjustment of national policies,the large amount of inventory,the high degree of competition in the industry,the less investment in research and development,the problems in the direction of research and development,the lack of attention to core technical personnel,and the problems in sales methods.Based on the above problems,corresponding solutions are proposed,optimizing product structure,increasing investment in research and development,improving marketing models,expanding sales areas,changing the current accounts receivable policy,improving the inventory management system,and improving the employee compensation system to increase employee wages.Based on the suggestions put forward for Zhejiang Heidemann,this paper hopes to make corresponding help to the development of the future machine tool industry while promoting the improvement of Zhejiang Heidemann’s profit quality. |
