Research On The Implementation Effect Of Equity Incentive Of Win-all Hi-tech Seed

With the increasing strategic position of seed industry in China,all aspects of seed industry development have been paid attention to.In order to develop from a large seed industry country to a powerful seed industry country,the most important thing is to improve the overall level and international competitiveness of China’s seed industry enterprises.Equity incentive plan is considered to be one of the effective methods to improve the comprehensive competitive strength of enterprises.This method binds the interests of principals and agents through equity to jointly solve the problems of enterprise management and maximize the value of enterprises.This paper selects Win-all Hi-tech Seed Co.,Ltd.as the research object to study the impact of the equity incentive plan implemented by the enterprise from 2015 to 2017.This paper selects the three time periods before,during and after the implementation of the incentive plan to analyze and discuss from five aspects: financial performance,market development,scientific and technological innovation,talent construction and enterprise value,in order to study the impact of equity incentive on enterprises.The study found that the implementation of equity incentive plan by Win-all Hi-tech Seed has played an effect in five aspects.First,effectively improve the financial performance of enterprises,especially profitability and development ability.Second,it can increase the risk tolerance of management,promote executives to make M&A decisions and expand the market.Third,increase R&D investment and promote enterprise innovation.Fourth,through the incentive mechanism,increase the salary of enterprise employees,attract and leave more talents,and expand the talent team.Fifth,effectively stimulate the stock market and improve the stock price and investment value of enterprises.On the one hand,this research can enrich the content of equity incentive research field,on the other hand,it can also provide some reference and guidance for other seed enterprises to implement equity incentive plan.
