Research On The Operation Of Intellectual Property Rights Of Geographical Indications From The Perspective Of Rural Revitalization

The application of intellectual property rights is one of the important engines of economic and social development.This thesis studies the application of intellectual property rights of geographical indications from the perspective of rural revitalization,in order to improve the application level of geographical indications.It explore the problems existing in the application of geographical indications at this stage,analyze the restrictive factors in the application,and then put forward corresponding strategic suggestions to help the realization of Rural Revitalization.Through the questionnaire survey,this thesis finds that there are three problems: unreasonable pricing of geographical indication products,unclear characteristics of geographical indication products and low service level of geographical indication.After analysis,it is concluded that the root causes of the problems are:(1)enterprises can not master the application technology of geographical indications;(2)Insufficient publicity and promotion of public brands;(3)Lack of talents to master the application of intellectual property rights related to geographical indications.In view of the problems and reasons,this thesis analyzes the restrictive factors affecting the application of geographical indications,such as human factors,policy factors,market factors and industrial factors,lists the influence matrix for the interaction between various factors,and carries out the weight correction calculation.The results show that policy factors are the most noteworthy factors for optimization,market factors and human factors are the key factors for optimization and promotion,while the current impact of industrial basic factors is too small to be considered.Based on the analysis of the restrictive factors,the corresponding strategic suggestions are put forward:(1)establish a policy support system related to the use of geographical indications;(2)Implement three-dimensional publicity strategy dominated by market factors;(3)Build a talent training and use mechanism for the use of geographical indications.In this regard,by constantly improving and innovating the application mechanism of geographical indications,we will promote the development of agricultural industrialization and make the intellectual property rights of geographical indications better serve the Rural Revitalization and construction.
