Nowadays, with the rapid development of China-EU economic and trade,China has grown into EU's second largest trading partner,and the European Union be China's largest trading partner .Knowledge is leading the wave of world economy. In recent years ,especially after the China's joining in the WTO, trade disputes emerge in large numbers about intellectual property rights between China-EU.Developed countries will always focus on which has intellectual property rights those are provided with comparative advantages.Based on the studies of relevant literature, carding the theory of intellectual property rights and trade conflicts over intellectual property rights. From the legislative,judicial,administrative,and personnel training in terms of intellectual property protection of intellectual property aspects of similarities and differences between China and the EU. Described the current situation and forms of trade friction on the China-EU IPR , follower the positive and negative levels analysis the China-EU trade friction of intellectual property rights impact on China.The frequently trade friction over China-EU intellectual property, hindered the pace of China's innovation and industrial development, increased production costs, cut down Chinese products in international market competition. However, beneficial for awareness of intellectual property rights and China's overall industrial restructuring.
