Nowadays,we have entered the era of knowledge economy,knowledge workers play an essential part of enterprises.At present,the new generation of knowledge workers can not only bring comparative competitive advantages to enterprises,but also be able to continue to operate and develop the power source.However,job burnout occurs from time to time,phenomenon of high turnover rate and job-hopping is common,which is not only detrimental to the employees,but also invisibly increases the cost of human resources and the difficulty of recruitment,and affects the basic driving force of enterprises.Exploring the relationship between various,we could comprehend the factors of job burnout and turnover intention of them,and provide corresponding suggestions and references for enterprise human resource management.This research aims at new generation of knowledge workers,taking job burnout as the independent variable,job satisfaction as the intermediary variable,regarding turnover intention as the dependent variable,the correlation and mutual influence mechanism among the three factors are discussed.In order to maximize the preciseness of the research,283 new generation knowledge workers participated in the questionnaire,and analyzed the quality of the questionnaire by using SPSS26.0 data analysis software and reliability and validity,single factor analysis of variance and single sample t test were used to analyze the demographics variables,besides that,correlation analysis and hierarchical regression were carried out on the basis of controlling demographic variables.Then explore the influence of three aspects of job burnout on turnover intention,how job satisfaction affect them.The results show that job burnout and its dimensions show positive effects on turnover intention,while depersonalization has the greatest influence on turnover intention.Besides that,job satisfaction shows a negative correlation with job burnout,while job satisfaction plays a mediating role.In order to reduce the job burnout of employees,the following three suggestions are put forward: Pay attention to the difference of individuation of staff;create a free and equal cultural atmosphere,enhance the sense of belonging;strengthen the humanization management of organization;perfect the human resource management system,improve the enthusiasm of staff.
