With the continuous progress of society,the reliability,stability,environmental protection and dependence of electric energy are getting higher and higher.As a power plant that directly produces electric energy,its safe,stable,efficient and economical operation is particularly important.To ensure the safe,stable,efficient and economical operation of the power plant,an excellent management team with high quality and high technical level is required.As a grassroots power generation enterprise of one of the five major power generation groups,HF Power Plant currently provides power to the power grid mainly by coal-fired thermal power generation for use by the society and various power-consuming industries.After years of production and operation of HF power plants,there are phenomena such as aging equipment and replacement of old and new personnel.At present,they are facing the energy transition of developing clean energy.Learning and training are particularly important.In order to adapt to the development and current situation of HF power plants,in order to continuously enhance the competitiveness of enterprises and ensure the quality of talents,enterprises should do a better job of training management.Optimization measures for training management.This paper firstly expounds the relevant research literature on training management through literature research method,and then describes the basic situation of HF power plant and employee training situation,and further investigates and researches the situation of employee training management in HF power plant through the method of questionnaire survey.Summarized and concluded a series of problems in the training management of HF power plant employees,Including some defects in the training system,unscientific analysis of training needs,unreasonable and uncomprehensive content of training courses,incomplete construction of training instructors,and unscientific evaluation of training effects And other issues.In this regard,this study puts forward corresponding optimization plans according to the actual situation of HF power plants,including optimizing the training system,enhancing the analysis of training demands,strengthening the rationalization of the content of guarantee training courses,strengthening the construction of training teachers,and formulating scientific training evaluation methods and processes,etc..In addition,this study also proposes safeguard measures for the optimization of employee training management in HF power plants from the aspects of organization,capital and culture to ensure the effective implementation of the scheme.According to the research,it provides theoretical reference and practical reference for the optimization of employee training management in HF power plants,and also provides a reference for the optimization of employee training management in the same type of state-owned enterprises.
