Study On Investment Value Of Listed Companies Of Intelligent Connected Vehicles

On the surface,the automotive industry in 2021 has experienced the dynamic transformation and upgrading from traditional fossil energy to new energy known to consumers,and has also experienced the unprecedented serious crisis of chip shortage for vehicles.At a deeper level,however,few consumers are aware that another truly disruptive automotive revolution is brewing between new entrants and traditional carmakers.This unprecedented change called future automobile will promote the automobile from the traditional means of transportation.To the intelligent and connect jointly constructed new human-machine co-driving,and even autonomous driving Intelligent Connected Vehicle(ICV)direction.From the perspective of value investment,this paper studies the valuation of listed companies by taking Foryou corporation as an example and combining with the development expectation of the industry.The research framework of this paper adopts the top-down analysis and research framework commonly used in valuation research.Firstly,the development status,future growth space and its certainty of the intelligent and connected automobile industry are analyzed based on the definition,policy and external environment of the industry.Secondly,it analyzes the competitive characteristics of the industry,the characteristics of upstream,middle and downstream enterprises and the current development stage,and predicts the future development trend of the industry;Thirdly,to listed company is located in the middle in the industry of automobile components,Foryou corporation as an example,by evaluating the company’s ownership structure,corporate development and problems,development goals,products and services,management and staff,the industrial chain,financial statement analysis,such as public information,evaluating a multi-angle analysis of aspects of the company’s fundamentals and the potential risks;Finally,based on the above analysis,the future performance is predicted,and then the valuation of Foryou corporation is carried out,and the investment value of the company is comprehensively scored,thus forming a relatively complete corporate value evaluation framework.This composite analysis method is suitable for evaluating companies in the early stages of explosive growth and promising industry development.It also helps to provide additional safety cushion for investment decisions,making the process and results of company valuation evaluation more comprehensive.
