Abstract/Summary:
Resource shortage,environmental pollution and other problems are major difficulties we are facing at present.There is an urgent global search for a desirable and effective response to achieve harmony between people,society and resources.Recycling and re-manufacturing is an activity that has obvious economic benefits to enterprises,and research also shows that it has significant environmental benefits to nature.At the same time,the updating of information technology intelligent led to a profound change,big data,5G,intelligent algorithm,mobile communications and other information technology constantly updated,mature and fusion,make we can get information more efficiently,store data,the connections between data and information processing and convenient implementation.The traditional mode of production is gradually fading out of our life.Data information,as a new technological means,has changed our existing mode of production and is trusted by almost all enterprises.Based on this,this paper will focus on the closed-loop supply chain to discuss the decisionmaking of enterprises when there is a quality difference between recycled products under the condition of information sharing or not.This paper constructs three recovery models of demand forecasting information without sharing and sharing,and discusses its influence on the price strategy of each participant and its influence on the economic benefit of the closed-loop supply chain.By comparing the modes in different situations,the changes of closed-loop supply chain decision-making before and after information sharing can be summarized,so as to analyze the optimal price strategy of each participant in the chain under different recycling channels,providing theoretical support for the management mode in the closed-loop supply chain and the practical problems faced by companies.This paper is mainly composed of the following three parts:Firstly,this paper considers the channel selection and pricing strategy of supply chain members when there is no information sharing behavior in the market and the collected products have quality differences,and constructs three collection models: supplier collection(N-M model),dealer collection(N-R model)and outsourcing service provider collection(N-T model).The results show that with the improvement of the quality of collected products,consumers can obtain a higher collection price,and the collection situation of waste products in the market can be effectively improved.It not only increases the interests of all parties involved in the supply chain,but also expands the enthusiasm of consumers to participate in collection activities and reduces the waste of social resources.But at the same time,information barriers exist on all sides of the supply chain,and the quality efforts of collectors raise the wholesale price of products,which in turn makes consumers have to pay higher retail prices.In the N-M model,the quality of recycled products does not affect the price decisions of manufacturers and retailers.Secondly,this paper considers the influence of retailer’s information sharing on the collection channel decision of waste products.Three collection models are discussed: supplier collection(I-M model),distributor collection(I-R model)and outsourcing service provider collection(I-T model).The decision-making results of the closed-loop supply chain are analyzed by comparing the two modes of information sharing and no information sharing.The research finds that under I-M mode,retailers’ information sharing with manufacturers will damage their own interests,and can not improve the overall benefit of supply chain,so information sharing behavior is not beneficial.In the I-R model,although the retailer shares private information with the manufacturer,this behavior enables the manufacturer to make more accurate decisions on their own pricing,so the retailer benefits.The consumer market is unpredictable.As the enterprise closest to the market,retailers can pay close attention to the trend of consumers and grasp the change of market demand,so as to increase the collection quantity of waste products and improve social and environmental benefits.From a consumer perspective,I-T model of collect behavior can make consumers get lower product selling price,as the third-party collector of collected product quality control,the system about the positive supply chain price strategy also subsequently reduces,the collector own economic efficiency enhancement,not only increased the third-party collector collection enthusiasm,also increased the consumer welfare.Finally,the paper takes the recycling of waste lithium batteries in China as an example to discuss the influence of market fluctuation variance and forecast deviation on the profit of each participant in the supply chain when retailers share information.This paper analyzes the current recycling mode of lithium battery in China and puts forward some suggestions for the implementation of recycling channels.
