Research On The Behavioral Choice And Effect Of Service Outsourcing In The Production Process Of Grain Farmers In Henan Provinc

Agricultural Division of Labor and agricultural specialization are the main impetus to promote economic growth and social development.Under the restriction of resource endowment in our country,the service outsourcing of production links links up the farmers and the development of agricultural modernization organically.The analysis of the influence mechanism and effect mechanism of service outsourcing of grain farmers can promote the development of agricultural modernization and realize the strategy of rural revitalization.As one of the main grain producing areas in China,it is of great practical significance to explore the status,influence mechanism and effect mechanism of service outsourcing in agricultural production.This research mainly uses the theory of division of labor and specialization,the theory of transaction cost and the theory of farmer behavior,based on the data of Henan Statistical Yearbook,China Rural Yearbook and the research group’s actual survey of grain farmers in Henan province in 2016,this paper analyzes the service outsourcing behavior of grain farmers in Henan province.Firstly,this paper analyzes the situation of production service outsourcing in Henan province by descriptive statistics,and secondly,it analyzes the factors that influence farmers’ behavior choice under different links by using logit model Finally,through the multiple regression model and PSM model,the economic,social and ecological effects of service outsourcing are analyzed,and further based on the different part-time degree of farmers,different regions and different planting size of different groups were analyzed.The main conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)the development trend of agricultural production link service in Henan Province is better and the mechanization degree is increasing.But the proportion of mechanical service outsourcing between production links is quite different,among which the proportion of soil preparation and seeding links is high,while the proportion of spraying links is low.At the same time,compared with farmers’ Behavior Choice,ordinary farmers and high part-time farmers have a higher proportion of choosing service outsourcing in the production link.(2)the study of Henan farmers’ behavior of service outsourcing in the production link found that the influencing factors,both the source of the service provider and the signing of the contract affect farmers’ behavior choice to some extent.In addition,the age of the head of household,the proportion of labor force in the household,the village traffic and the terrain also affect the behavior of the farmers.(3)service outsourcing in wheat production can achieve economic and ecological effects.In the aspect of economic effect,it can effectively increase the average household income of ordinary farmers.However,the analysis of group differences shows that part-time employment and regions have no significant impact on the per capita income of rural households.In the aspect of ecological effect,compared with large-scale households,the effect of chemical fertilizer reduction by service outsourcing is more significant.But in the aspect of social effect,the conclusion is contrary to the theory,that the service outsourcing of the production link will hinder the transfer of labor force of the peasant household,and the hindrance effect to the scale of the peasant household is more obvious.Based on the above conclusions,this paper puts forward some policy suggestions for the development of agricultural production service outsourcing industry in Henan province:(1)promoting the market-oriented construction of outsourcing services to ensure the quality of outsourcing services in the production sector.(2)widening the channels for nonagricultural employment and speeding up the transfer of surplus labour;and(3)deepening the education and training of farmers to learn agricultural techniques,the introduction of new products,new technologies,to provide the possibility for large-scale operation.(4)to promote large-scale operation of agricultural land,improve the land transfer mechanism,improve Mechanised agriculture production.
