Study On The Economic Effect Of China's Undertaking Offshore Service Outsourcing

Against the background of economic globalization and the deepening of international division of labor,the world has begun a new journey of transnational transfer of service industries.The digital economy and innovative development have become development themes of global concern.A new round of technological revolution has begun,and the world is in an era of big changes represented by big data,5G communication technology,cloud computing,mobile Internet,artificial intelligence,virtual reality,and so on.In the era of the digital economy and the new industrial revolution,the service outsourcing industry will become a new engine for economic innovation and development in various countries.At the same time,China has ushered in new opportunities for developing offshore service outsourcing.Many developed countries usually outsource some service operations to developing countries with abundant labor resources in order to concentrate limited resources to give play to their comparative advantages and to reduce costs for more profits.For example,India,China,and Southeast Asia.China,as a major country for service outsourcing,vigorously develops the service outsourcing industry in line with China's national strategic needs.The development of the service outsourcing industry will help promote China's economic development and help improve China's international competitive position.Developing the service outsourcing industry will also help optimize the trade structure.Promote the improvement of science and technology,promote the employment of college students,and promote the upgrading of industrial structure.Therefore,discussing the magnitude of the economic effects brought by China's undertaking of offshore service outsourcing and how to develop China's service outsourcing industry have become important research topics.First of all,this article understands the related concepts of offshore service outsourcing on the basis of reading a lot of relevant literature and works,and analyzes the overall scale characteristics and business structure of China's undertaking service outsourcing.Secondly,the paper uses a series of theories to analyze in detail the theoretical basis and transmission mechanism of the technology spillover effect,industrial structure effect,employment effect and trade effect of China's offshore service outsourcing.It mainly uses the strategic trade policy theory,Petty-Clark Theorems,the "double gap" theory,the theory of international division of labor,and the theory of economies of scale.After theoretical analysis,the dissertation analyzes it with empirical evidence.In the empirical analysis part,the thesis uses Eviews7.0 software,and first takes 20 service outsourcingdemonstration cities as representative of the overall development of China's service outsourcing,and builds a double logarithmic panel data model.Secondly,this paper uses panel data model to perform regression analysis on the collected data,and uses empirical analysis to demonstrate the technological spillover effect,industrial structure effect,employment effect and trade effect of China's undertaking offshore service outsourcing on the economy,so that we can quantify our undertaking.The magnitude of the four economic effects brought by offshore service outsourcing.Finally,this paper uses panel data models to empirically analyze the effects of technology spillover effects,employment effects,and trade effects on China's total national economy.After analyzing the theory and empirical analysis,the article draws the following main conclusions:(1)The technology spillover effect,employment effect and trade effect of China's undertaking of offshore service outsourcing are relatively obvious.(2)The industrial structure effect of China's undertaking of offshore service outsourcing is not obvious.(3)The technological spillover effect,employment effect,and trade effect brought by China's undertaking of offshore service outsourcing then have a significant impact on China's total national economy.After collecting a large amount of data again,studying a large amount of literature,and studying the current development situation of China's undertaking of offshore service outsourcing,the reason why the industrial structure effect is not obvious has been obtained.Finally,based on theoretical analysis and empirical conclusions,this article puts forward the following suggestions to the government,industry associations and enterprises:(1)The government should strengthen policy guidance,create a good business environment,improve the legal system,and strengthen infrastructure construction.(2)Industry associations should give play to the functions of the association,establish and improve electronic information and public service platforms,promote timely communicationbetween the government and enterprises,and optimize the talent structure of the service outsourcing industry.(3)Service outsourcing enterprises shall also encourage domestic enterprises to absorb foreign capital and carry out international cooperation,enhance the international competitiveness of offshore service outsourcing enterprises,strengthen technological innovation,and reduce the gap in service outsourcing in different regions.At present,the global service outsourcing market is fiercely competitive and the development potential of China's service outsourcing industry is huge.Therefore,China should take advantage of the current environment to take measures to promote the better development of the service outsourcing industry,so that the service outsourcing industry becomes a new engine for China's economic growth.
