Research On The Development Of Agricultural Production Services In Huaiyang Count

Developing productive agricultural services is an important way to foster new forms of agricultural and rural economy and promote high-quality development of agriculture.In recent years,China has made some achievements in promoting agricultural productive services,but it still faces some problems,such as single service subject and service mode,unbalanced service links and insufficient information service supply,which restrict the process of high-quality agricultural development to a certain extent.Based on this,this paper intends to study the development of agricultural productive services in Huaiyang County,a big agricultural county in Henan Province.In huaiyang county agricultural productive services development as the research object,behavior of farmer to division of labor theory,transaction cost theory,theory as the theoretical basis,adopting literature analysis,case analysis,the research method of system analysis based on questionnaire and cases investigation,in-depth analysis of huaiyang county agricultural productive service project as well as the existing problems and causes,And put forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the high quality development of agricultural productive services in Huaiyang County.The results show that the agricultural productive services in Huaiyang County have developed well on the whole,and some agricultural productive services such as agricultural materials service,agricultural machinery service,agricultural machinery service,financing service,logistics service and information service have developed to a certain extent.However,there are still problems in service items,service methods and service links.In terms of various service items,the further development of local agricultural productive services is affected by the different quality of agricultural materials products,the low practicality of agricultural machinery technical services,the high threshold of financing services,and the lack of access to information services.In terms of agricultural service mode,the single link agricultural production service mode is still a more traditional agricultural production service mode.The development of agricultural productive services in Huaiyang County is related to the lack of agricultural production management system,the low degree of agricultural production organization and cooperation,the backward agricultural production equipment and information technology,the imperfect rural financial service system and the low overall quality of agricultural producers.On this,this article put forward optimization law promotion in the system concept,the organization to foster productive service standardization management,improve service levels,continuously strengthen in technology infrastructure,improve the modern agricultural science and technology,and perfecting the financial organization system on financial and credit support services,through the talent cultivation promotion in the talent practitioners service levels for a series of policy measures.
