At present,with the change of real estate policy environment,the overall decline of the real estate market and the development of information technology,Internet technology and other technologies,the real estate brokerage industry has gradually developed towards a modern service industry with high professionalism and technical content.Therefore,only by constantly improving and innovating the service content and providing better brokerage services,can real estate brokerage enterprises keep up with the pace of the market and win the recognition and favor of consumers.All along,the development of the real estate brokerage industry has been accompanied by industry difficulties,such as the proliferation of false houses,the low quality of brokerage service,malicious price difference and so on.As the cornerstone of service quality,the comprehensive quality of brokers has increasingly become an important factor affecting the development of real estate brokerage enterprises.Training is an important means to effectively improve the skills and quality of employees and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.Therefore,based on the development prospect of the industry,it is imperative to establish and improve the employee training system to meet the market demand and the requirements of high-quality development of enterprises.The company is committed to building a high-level professional training system of Zhejiang real estate brokers(hereinafter referred to as "LJ.4")on the basis of high-level education and community training,and is committed to building a high-level professional training system of Zhejiang real estate brokers(hereinafter referred to as "LJ.4").In this context,this thesis takes the staff training system of BLJ company as the research object,starts from the perspective of enterprise management,takes the training demand analysis theory,training effect evaluation theory and other theories as well as the relevant theories and research literature of staff training system as the basis,and deeply understands the current situation of BLJ staff training system through face-to-face interviews and questionnaires with managers and brokers,Find out the existing problems and reasons of employee training at this stage,and explore how to upgrade and optimize the employee training system under the background of the new talent strategy,so as to empower employees,improve employee productivity,improve the quality of brokerage service and reduce the brain drain rate.By analyzing and improving the training form and management system of the company,this thesis puts forward a series of effective measures to optimize the training and management of employees,and at the same time,this thesis puts forward a series of measures to promote the construction and upgrading of the training system and staff,Finally,it comes to the research conclusion of the optimization of BLJ employee training system,which not only provides a reference for the improvement of enterprise employee training,but also provides a certain training management reference for real estate brokerage enterprises and related industries.
