Since the reform and opening up,China’s private economy has developed rapidly,and domestic private factories have sprung up.For decades,China’s economy has passed an era of rapid development by virtue of its inherent resource advantages and demographic dividend.However,in recent years,with the aggravation of the problem of population aging,the gradual disappearance of the demographic dividend,the decline of the marginal return of social capital,the rise of emerging industries such as the Internet,and the continuous transformation and change of various industries in society,domestic traditional manufacturing enterprises can no longer rely on deep resources to grow savagely,the operation is becoming more and more difficult,and the challenges they face are also gradually increasing.Compared with European and American enterprises,China’s private manufacturing enterprises started and developed late,and their technical ability and management experience are relatively backward.In this context,in order to realize "made in China2025",we must change the original extensive management mode,introduce a more effective management system,and use data to formulate the correct enterprise management strategy,so as to better meet the challenges faced by China’s private manufacturing enterprises and realize the dream of becoming a powerful manufacturing country.Combined with the actual situation of the operation and production of China’s small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises,using the methodology of economic value-added,this thesis establishes a set of business performance evaluation system of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises based on EVA theory,and further combined with the traditional indicators of manufacturing industry to evaluate the business status of manufacturing enterprises,and can also carry out positioning analysis for enterprise management problems.The performance evaluation system can not only objectively evaluate the operation status of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises based on the perspective of investment,or evaluate the investment value of enterprises,but also locate specific problems in combination with the actual operation indicators of production-oriented enterprises,so as to provide data basis for problem analysis,so as to serve the strategic planning and optimization strategy formulation of enterprises,In the process of enterprise operation,it can be used for various enterprise management activities such as goal setting and salary setting,and finally achieve the purpose of improving enterprise operation performance.EVA(economic value added)is translated into Chinese as economic value added,which comes from a new perspective of enterprise evaluation proposed by stenster company at the end of the 20 th century.EVA is a financial indicator that is more suitable for the actual operation of an enterprise than the traditional financial statements.Its connotation can be simply understood as the difference between the value actually created by an enterprise in a certain evaluation cycle and the opportunity cost of the same investment in the same cycle.R company,located in the Yangtze River Delta,has been deeply engaged in the auto parts manufacturing industry for many years.It is a typical small and medium-sized processing and manufacturing enterprise in China.Taking r company as an example,this thesis designs a set of EVA business performance evaluation model for small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises,applies this model to evaluate the business status,evaluates the business status of the enterprise with the EVA evaluation results,locates the strategic problems in combination with the EVA process indicators,locates the specific problems in combination with the business data of the enterprise,makes some analysis,and then formulates targeted improvement measures,Finally,through the tracking evaluation of the effect after the implementation of the improvement measures,the practical operability and effectiveness of EVA business performance evaluation model can be verified,which has strong theoretical and practical EVA theory,this thesis first introduces the background and significance,research methods,research ideas and framework of the topic,and then systematically introduces the background,development history and theoretical connotation of EVA theory.Starting from the application of EVA enterprise value evaluation,this thesis constructs a set of trial calculation model of manufacturing enterprise value evaluation based on EVA,and introduces the traditional data of manufacturing enterprises and the combination of EVA data,Take EVA as the starting point and build a set of production management system.Applying the evaluation system,while evaluating the performance of R company,locate specific problems,formulate relevant optimization strategies according to the calculation results,finally track the optimization strategies,and verify the feasibility,advantages and disadvantages of EVA evaluation system and the improvement effect of optimization strategies through comparison. |
