Research On Consumption Support Strategies In Henan Province From The Perspective Of Inclusive Innovatio

In 2020,China completed the key task of poverty alleviation as scheduled,and achieved the phased goal of building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way.At this stage,ensuring the continuous increase of income of the people out of poverty and preventing large-scale return to poverty have become the key concerns in the follow-up to poverty eradication.By constantly improving China’s assistance system and exploring new ideas of more diversified,scientific and sustainable assistance,it has become the key and effective means to solve the above problems.Taking Henan Province as the research object,this paper studies the long-term income increasing Countermeasures of consumption assistance from the perspective of inclusive innovation level in Henan Province by using the methods of literature induction and case analysis.The specific research contents are as follows: firstly,the inclusive innovation evaluation index system is constructed,and the 10-year inclusive innovation index of 17 prefecture level cities in Henan Province is obtained by entropy method to evaluate the current situation of inclusive innovation;Secondly,the inclusive innovation model of consumption assistance in Henan Province is divided into government driven model and enterprise participation model,and Luanchuan County of Luoyang City and Henan Canary e-commerce Co.,Ltd.are selected as typical cases for research;Finally,based on the above research,this paper summarizes and analyzes the problems existing in the consumption assistance work in Henan Province,and puts forward relevant policy suggestions.Through the research,it is found that there are the following problems in consumption assistance in Henan Province: consumption assistance ignores "demand orientation";The main body of consumption assistance is lack of cooperation;Social participation in consumer assistance needs to be improved.In view of the problems,this paper puts forward the following countermeasures and suggestions: first,we should grasp the focus of consumption assistance.Second,clarify the key points of consumption assistance,mainly including: make a breakthrough in the concept of inclusive innovation and enhance the inclusiveness of consumption assistance;In terms of government guidance,build a strategic policy system of inclusive consumption assistance;In terms of social participation,give play to the consumption assistance ability of collaborative innovation;In terms of personal ability,improve the subject consciousness of low-income groups;In terms of helping products,improve market recognition and competitiveness.
