Study On The Construction And Management Of Resettlement Houses In The Reconstruction Of Urban Villages In W District Of Z City

With the continuous development of cities,the construction of new urbanization is also accelerating.As a key work in the process of urbanization,the reconstruction of villages in cities and the construction of resettlement houses are not only the only way in the process of urbanization in China,but also an important measure to improve people’s livelihood.Housing,as the top priority in people’s lives,is related to the economic development and growth of the whole country,and is closely related to social stability and harmony.Only when people live and work better can they live and work.As the first person responsible for the construction of resettlement houses in the reconstruction of villages in cities,the government undertakes a series of work in the whole process,such as overall planning,policy making,house demolition,resettlement house construction management,supporting facilities improvement,etc.,and its role is very important.It is of great practical significance to study how the government can better play its leading role in its process.Based on the above background,combining the theory of government function and project management,by using the methods of literature analysis and field investigation,this paper focuses on the analysis of the management mode of resettlement housing construction in the reconstruction of villages in W District of Z City,points out the advantages and disadvantages of this management mode,analyzes the causes of the problems,and puts forward the methods of improvement and perfection,so as to provide experience reference for solving similar problems in the construction and management of resettlement housing in the future.This paper points out the existing problems in combination with the actual situation,including slow progress of demolition,long formalities,insufficient construction funds,inadequate supervision and management,force majeure factors,imperfect supporting services,property management difficulties and so on.Through the analysis of the above problems,six reasons are summarized,including imperfect policy system,lack of forward-looking planning,limited financing channels,imperfect supervision mechanism,inadequate publicity work,complex property management and so on.And in view of the problems and causes,put forward a series of countermeasures and suggestions.It mainly includes measures such as perfecting the policy system,rationally unifying planning arrangements,increasing revenue and reducing expenditure to solve the funding gap,innovating the construction of supervision mechanism,strengthening public opinion propaganda,and doing a good job in property services.So as to help W District government to stand higher and face the problem of resettlement housing construction in the reconstruction of villages in cities,look at the construction of resettlement areas from a longer-term perspective,and better meet the yearning of the people in resettlement areas for a better life.
