Study On The Evaluation Of Urban Wisdom In China

In the 20 th century,most of the research on intelligent cities is in the stage of scientific fantasy,but with the improvement of intelligent facilities such as computers,intelligent cities have gradually become a reality.There is no doubt that intelligence is the inevitable trend of the future development of the city.At present,most cities in our country are actively responding to the national policy and taking the construction of intelligent cities as an important strategic plan,but there are inevitably many problems in the process of implementation.Therefore,the evaluation of urban intelligence in China and the difference analysis of urban intelligence at all levels can make the city more clear about the advantages and disadvantages of its own development,so as to formulate targeted policies,which is of great theoretical and practical significance to improve the intelligence of cities in China.First of all,by combing the literature at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the shortcomings of the current situation,defines the connotation of urban intelligence,and abstracts the six key components that affect the intelligence of the city.The structure includes social and human capital,urban competitiveness,transport and communication technology,the level of citizen participation,the quality of life of citizens,and the living environment of citizens.Secondly,by analyzing the relationship between the structure planes,the theoretical framework of urban intelligence based on the target layer,the application layer and the support layer is constructed.Then,the reliability and validity of SPSS software are analyzed scientifically,and the invalid index is eliminated.Finally,the evaluation system of urban intelligence including 6 construction surfaces and 24 final indexes is constructed.Finally,using entropy Weight-TOPSIS evaluation model,a total of 100 urban samples from first-tier cities,new first-tier cities,second-tier cities and third-tier cities in China are selected for evaluation.According to the evaluation results,the difference of urban intelligence between different cities of the same level and different levels of cities is analyzed.The results show that:On the whole,the intelligence of cities in China is still at a low level,and the difference of intelligence among cities is large,showing a normal distribution.As faras the average level of intelligence of each level of cities is concerned,the first-tier cities dominate,the new first-tier cities follow closely,the second-tier cities are the second,and the third-tier cities are the last.As far as the intelligence of each structure is concerned,the development of each structure of the first-tier city is balanced and ranks among the top,while the new first-tier city,the second-tier city and the third-tier city all have their own advantages and weaknesses.
