A Study On Deepening Economic And Trade Cooperation Between China And ASEAN

In international trade cooperation,the relation between China and ASEAN is increasingly close,the two big economic subject to assist each other,the two sides complement each other,the increasing trend of trading,the partnership is not only for their own is a kind of conform to the needs of economic globalization,especially for east Asian countries,and the world economy has a positive effect,Therefore,deeper cooperation and mutual benefit is an inevitable trend.However,in view of the differences in economic conditions and development needs among ASEAN member states,more careful and comprehensive research and discussion are needed if the two sides want to further cooperate and consult for mutual benefit.On the basis of a comprehensive review of studies at home and abroad,this paper studies the economic and trade cooperation between China and ASEAN,and probes into the related problems of deepening the economic and trade cooperation between China and ASEAN,from the following parts: the first part analyzes the importance and main achievements of China-ASEAN economic and trade cooperation.This part is written from the advantages of economic and trade cooperation between China and ASEAN countries as well as the progress and achievements made in economic and trade cooperation.The advantage of cooperation has a unique geographical advantage,growing desire for cooperation and expanding platform;The progress and achievements include the completion of the FTA escalation negotiations in China--ASEAN,the deepening of the “China —Japan — South Korea(10 + 3)”foreign ministers’ meeting,the successful signing of the regional comprehensive economic partnership agreement and remarkable achievements in sub-regional economic and trade cooperation.The second part analyzes the current situation of economic and trade cooperation in China — ASEAN.This part focuses on the analysis of the current situation of China’s total trade and Import and export trade with ASEAN countries in recent years,from the overall performance,different regional appearance,industry structure of the status of investment cooperation cut-in analysis and study the status of inter-governmental financial cooperation and monetary cooperation.The third part analyzes the foundation and challenges of economic and trade cooperation between China and ASEAN.Based on China and ASEAN countries in the political and security construction,economic and cultural development cooperation to upgrade the quality of the traditional facilities in the area of steady progress;5Gnetwork-based innovative cooperation is booming and “ Double-cycle ” new development pattern is a driving force.The challenges are that land-based economic and trade cooperation between the two sides is the main one,maritime economic and trade cooperation is fragmented,and the economic and trade dependence between the two sides is not equal,the trade dependence of ASEAN on China is greater than that of China on ASEAN,the structural balance of trade and investment needs to be strengthened and the strategic situation in the South China Sea is complicated.The correlation analysis provides the analysis and the mentality for the following countermeasure suggestion.The fourth part puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to deepen the economic and trade cooperation between China and ASEAN.On the basis of the foregoing,from the aspects of conforming to the “Belt and Road”construction,strengthening ASEAN–China Free Trade Area construction,sharing the development dividends of RCEP and the traditional security path,non-traditional security path and cultural trade between China and ASEAN,the feasibility of economic and trade cooperation between China and ASEAN is proposed.
