Research On The Quality Evaluation System Of Science And Technology Innovation Board Listed Companies

The issue of quality of listed company has attracted a lot of attention from policy makers,regulators and theoreticians.The Science and Technology Innovation Board is a new board established in July 2019,which was set up to help innovative,technological,growing,immature but promising small and medium-sized enterprises to raise capital to develop their business,and the establishment of the Science and Technology Innovation Board is an important supplement to China’s capital market.The issue of the quality of listed company on the science and innovation board is a key issue for the healthy development of the board,however,there are currently imperfect evaluation index systems and unscientific evaluation models for the evaluation of the quality of listed company on the science and innovation board.Based on the review of the literature related to the quality evaluation of listed company,the thesis closely combines the characteristics of the listed company on the Science and Technology Innovation Board,and constructs 31 quality evaluation indicators for the listed companies on the Science and Technology Innovation Board based on theories such as ESG theory,principal-agent theory,sustainable development theory and information asymmetry theory,from five dimensions such as value creation level,internal governance level,social responsibility level,research and development innovation level and green development level.The thesis uses the dynamic quadratic weighted evaluation method to construct a quality evaluation model for listed company.Afterwards,the thesis analyzed the quality of 70 listed companies on the Science and Technology Innovation Board listed in 2019 using the constructed quality evaluation system of Science and Technology Innovation Board listed companies,and found that the five dimensions of the quality evaluation system of Science and Technology Innovation Board listed company influenced the quality of Science and Technology Innovation Board listed company in descending order of internal governance level,value creation level,social responsibility level,research and development and innovation level,and green development level.Among the internal governance dimensions with the highest weight,internal control deficiencies,disclosure time of financial reports,integration of two positions,equity checks and balances,and shareholding ratio of senior management take up a greater weight,and measures can be formulated for these indicators to improve the quality of listed company on the board.In addition,the listed company on the Science and Technology Innovation Board are less aware of environmental protection and have a lower level of green development.Finally,the thesis puts forward relevant suggestions based on the research results,such as improving the quality evaluation system of listed company on the Science and Technology Innovation Board,improving the level of internal governance,and formulating supervision policies at the supervisory level.The thesis makes certain breakthroughs and innovations in the quality evaluation index system and evaluation methods of listed company on the Science and Technology Innovation Board,which can provide a basis for the quality improvement of listed company on the Science and Technology Innovation Board and the formulation of corresponding policies by the supervisory layer...
