Study On The Affecting Factors Of Pension Balance For Urban Workers

With the aging of the population,the topic of pension has become the focus of attention.The acceleration of population aging process will affect the endowment insurance system for urban workers.The basic endowment insurance system for urban workers is an important part of the basic endowment insurance system in China,and the endowment insurance fund is the main means to realize this system,and also an important factor to maintain the sustainable development of this system.Therefore,it is very necessary to study the balance.Against on the above background,This paper takes Gansu Province as the research object to study the factors affecting the balance of urban workers’ basic endowment insurance fund,and puts forward the measures to promote the balance of funds.The paper selects a research topic and constructs an idea of inquiry.This paper intends to analyze the research topic from three aspects.Firstly,this paper compares the development history of the basic pension insurance system for urban workers in Gansu Province,introduces its development status,and analyzes the income and expenditure composition and the current condition of the income and expenditure of the basic pension in Gansu Province with the authoritative statistical data from 2010-2019;Secondly,according to the provisions of the national endowment insurance fund policy documents,the on-the-job worker average salary,collects pay rate,ginseng protect on-the-job worker number,payment rate as the index of building basic endowment insurance fund income model,the on-the-job worker average salary,pension annual replacement rate,the number of ginseng and retired people as an index of building the basic endowment insurance fund spending model,with the help of factor analysis method,the influence of these indicators on the balance of the basic endowment insurance fund for urban workers in Gansu Province is calculated;Then,based on the results of previous analysis,the problems in the income,expenditure and system design of urban employees in Gansu Province,increase fund income,control fund expenditure and improve the relevant system.
