Research On The Financing Status And Countermeasures Of Health Care Industry In Shandong Province

At present,the aging trend in China is gradually increasing,the supply of elderly care services market is in short supply,and the social structure is facing transformation.Objectively,it is required to increase investment in the health care industry.On the one hand,traffic congestion,housing shortage,waste of land resources,lack of rural talents and other factors have led to "urban diseases" and "rural diseases" becoming more and more serious,but the people’s yearning for a better life is becoming stronger and stronger,and their needs can not be met;On the other hand,the fund support for the health care industry is insufficient,the financing needs cannot be met,the project is difficult to operate for a long time,and the health care market problems occur frequently.Therefore,local governments attach great importance to the future development of the health care industry.How to alleviate the "urban disease" and "rural disease" in the process of urban and rural development?How to achieve industrial transformation while transforming social structure? What are the difficulties encountered in the development of health care industry? How to solve the problems faced by the development of health care industry? In view of the above problems,under the dual background of aging and healthy China,this thesis takes the financing of the health care industry as the research carrier,deeply analyzes some basic problems in the development process of the health care industry,analyzes the development status and financing difficulties of the health care industry projects,discusses how to choose the development mode of the health care industry,defines the role of the health care subject in the development of the health care industry,and provides a reference for the future development planning of the health care industry,Lay the foundation for the healthy growth of the health care industry from the theoretical and practical levels.In this thesis,qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis are combined to make an in-depth study on the financing of health care industry in Shandong Province.Firstly,it summarizes and evaluates the operation mechanism,mode and financing research process of the health care industry at home and abroad,and explains the theoretical basis of the health care industry.Secondly,it analyzes the current situation of the development of health care industry in Shandong Province,and explores the main financing difficulties faced by the development of health care industry.Thirdly,by sorting out the excellent cases in the province,this thesis analyzes its advantages and disadvantages in terms of scale,mode and path,and summarizes the development experience of health care industry projects.Meanwhile,the Three-stage DEA model was used to analyze the financing efficiency of 33 listed enterprises related to health care from 2016 to 2020.The results show that the financing efficiency of listed enterprises related to health care is low.After removing environmental variables and random factors,the pure technical efficiency is improved and the comprehensive technical efficiency is reduced,indicating that the financing efficiency of the health care industry in Shandong Province is not high and needs to be improved.Finally,based on the above analysis,the thesis puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the healthy development of the health care industry.On the one hand,the government,enterprises and financial institutions should improve the financing environment of the health care market and enhance the attractiveness of the health care market;On the other hand,build the corresponding financing support system and supply system to ensure the sustainable development of the health care industry.
