| Since the reform and opening up,the operation mode of herdsmen’s dairy industry in Inner Mongolia has undergone many changes from the self-sufficient operation mode at the beginning of the reform to the current market entry and large-scale operation mode.Taking Baomutu Gacha of Bayan Talasumu of Bahrain right Banner as an example,this paper,based on the field investigation of Baomutu Gacha,combined with the theory of cultural change and cultural function of ethnology,and applied the longitudinal comparison study method,discussed the changes of dairy management mode of Baomutu Gacha herdsmen since the reform and opening up.Before 2004,the gacha operated the dairy industry in a self-sufficient way.In 2004,it first attempted large-scale dairy operation.Since 2016,it has further optimized the dairy operation mode by combining market consumption demand,local ecological environment and traditional dairy production methods,which has promoted the pastoral area economy and developed local characteristic dairy products.In this process,baomutu Gacha herdsmen’s economy,life and ideology have undergone many changes.Therefore the author from Inner Mongolia in 1980 of "collective assigned livestock to family business" livestock policy to the second half of 2021 as the point in time,will treasure the wooden figure Ga Zha dairy industry mode of operation is divided into three parts to discuss,and also analyses the reasons of the mode of operation to change and change management way of pastoral areas,the effects of herdsmen thought idea.This dissertation includes three parts,including the preface,three main chapters,and conclusion.The preface part describes the selected topic background,the significance of the topic,the domestic literature survey,the innovated aspects of the thesis,and the research method.The first gives a broad overview of the natural ecological environment,the human and social profiles,,and the definition of relevant concepts in the survey area.The latter chapter examines the evolution of the dairydevelopment in Baomutugacha since the reform and opening up.The causes of the Bao Mutugacha dairy development and the impact on the social environment and lifestyle of herders are analyzed in detail in the third chapter.In the conclusion section,it is proposed that the national policy,the market economy and the advantages of the dairy industry have contributed to the change of the dairy operation of Baomutugacha herders and the change of the Mongolian traditional dairy culture and herders’ ideology with the change of the dairy operation. |
