In recent years,after the introduction of blockchain technology in my country,we have been able to use it proficiently through continuous trials.Therefore,it is just around the corner to gradually apply blockchain technology to the supply chain field.However,there are still many management problems in the existing supply chain management system,such as: the transparency,authenticity and integrity of product information cannot be guaranteed;trust issues between upstream and downstream of the supply chain,etc.,which seriously hinder the supply chain.develop.Therefore,the basic technical advantages based on the blockchain drive the information sharing among the members of the supply chain and promote the sustainable development of supply chain management.There are scholars who have discussed the three aspects of blockchain driving,information sharing and supply chain performance.The relationship between pairs of variables has been empirically explored,but there is a relatively lack of case studies on how blockchain drivers affect supply chain performance.Based on this,under the guidance of resource-based theory,this paper applies theoretical knowledge to practical cases,and deeply analyzes the impact path and effect analysis of blockchain-driven supply chain performance.The four technical advantages generated by the five basic technologies of the blockchain serve as the driving force of the blockchain technology,which in turn promotes information sharing among the various entities in the supply chain.This paper divides information sharing into two aspects: content and quality of information sharing,and explores the impact of the advantages of blockchain technology as a driving force on supply chain performance under the action of this intermediate variable.At the same time,for the case company Jingdong,under the intermediary role of information sharing,the research and development of blockchain technology advantages has improved the reliability of the supply chain,improved the flexibility of products,procurement,logistics,and information in the supply chain,and increased the Asset utilization efficiency of supply chain enterprises.This research plays an important role in blockchain-driven optimization and application and optimization of supply chain management,and can help companies that introduce blockchain technology to supply chains to better enhance their corporate value.
