The 21st century is called the "Ocean Century" by the United Nations.More and more countries or regions compete for global resources through oceans.Therefore,the international shipping center plays an important role in countries or regions participating in the world economic division and cooperation,and is the basic support and reshaping force of regional and even national spatial structure.The international shipping center is not only a kind of social and economic phenomenon with port city as the carrier,but also the carrier of various production factors.The development and distribution of resources,spatial connection and integration level,international economic and trade connection and geographical location of industrial chain and supply chain are closely related.Clarifying the hierarchical system of China’s shipping centers and the spatial connection of shipping network will help improve China’s shipping network and reasonable division of labor,further play the functional advantages of shipping centers,and promote the development of China’s shipping industry.In this thesis,the shipping network is constructed based on the scale and organization connection data of multinational shipping companies and related organizations,and the relationship matrix of port shipping centers in China’s mainland is constructed according to the connection data,so as to identify the spatial characteristics of international shipping centers and reveal the functional differences of different shipping centers.First,using social network analysis method and "interlocking network" model,this thesis describes the hierarchical characteristics and dominant function differences of China’s shipping centers.Secondly,the shipping network system is constructed by abstracting the relational data of shipping enterprise organizations,and the spatial pattern and regional characteristics of shipping network connections are analyzed and revealed.In this thesis,the shipping network network are analyzed and revealed.The results shows:(1)Coastal port shipping centers in China’s mainland form a five-level hierarchical system,and shipping centers located at different levels undertake different specialized functions.Among them,those with international shipping functions are divided into three grades: global international shipping center,regional international shipping center and international shipping node.The shipping links in coastal ports also have an obvious hierarchical structure,which is manifested in the high level shipping links and the low level shipping links,but the number of shipping links increases greatly.(2)The eight international shipping centers have different degree of agglomeration,but the freight function is the core function of each shipping center.In addition,the leading function of each shipping center is significantly different,which can be divided into four development types: comprehensive,freight,freight-service and freight-knowledge.(3)The overall shipping connection network is stable in the rhomboid structure with the high-level shipping centers Shenzhen/Guangzhou-Shanghai-Tianjin-Dalian/Qingdao as the basic network skeleton,while the spatial association of lower-level shipping centers is weak and even has faults.From the analysis of the network of different shipping elements,the network of shipping centers of each factor shows the spatial connection radiating to the whole country and the obvious hierarchical differentiation characteristics.(4)From the perspective of the inward and outward ratios of the shipping network,the outward connection between the Bohai Rim region and the Pearl River Delta region are more prominent,and the Yangtze River Delta region forms the pattern of "internal and external double repair".The degree of comprehensive centralization of network connections between a single shipping center and other shipping centers is directly proportional to the relative network relevance.It is highly correlated with freight-type shipping elements.The service and knowledge centralization index fluctuates significantly.These indicate that in my country the "comprehensive connection circle" of single shipping center depends on its "freight connection circle".The higher level of shipping center,the more stable of the external connection circle.The core shipping center of the regional shipping network has a high degree of primacy. |
