Study On The Interaction Of Rural Industrial Development Behavior Subjects From The Perspective Of Rural Revitalization

As one of the requirements for the effective implementation of rural revitalization strategy,industrial prosperity is of great practical significance for increasing rural collective economy and improving farmers’ living environment.The development of rural industry is inseparable from the support of the government and other relevant departments,and at the same time,it is inseparable from the cooperation and cooperation of various actors in the development of industry.Farmers,cooperatives and enterprises,as the basic forces in the development of rural industry,build a specific interactive network of rural industry development through mutual communication and interaction,and form an interactive structure of industrial development with certain characteristics.In this interactive structure,actors interact with each other according to their own resource endowment and action logic,resulting in different forms of interaction.In the initial industrial development process of Jiaxi Village,the Party organization and the government provided comprehensive guidance for the industrial development of the village cooperatives.Villagers’ self-governing organizations also actively cooperate with cooperatives to encourage farmers to actively participate in land transfer;Enterprises join cooperatives,provide them with capital and technical assistance,and open up external sales markets;After the farmers gained profits in the industrial development,the relationship between the farmers and the cooperative also changed from suspicion to trust.However,with the development of roxburgh rose industry in this village,the interaction between various actors has changed to some extent,and some problems have emerged.For example,the competitive cooperation of enterprises and the decrease of farmers’ trust.To sum up,the main actors did not clear their own responsibilities and did not form a benign interaction mechanism in the industrial interaction,which resulted in the incomplete distribution of industrial development interests,damaged the interest connection between the main actors and led to greater pressure on sustainable industrial development.In view of the problems existing in the industrial development of the village,this paper constructs a more reasonable model of benign interaction between the main actors: the government should play a better role in guiding,supervising and serving the development of the cooperative industry from a realistic point of view;As the center of industrial development,cooperatives should play a role in serving farmers,innovate the way of industrial cooperation with farmers,absorb more willing and capable farmers into actual industrial production,improve farmers’ ability of industrial modernization,and cultivate a group of small farmers in the new era.Cooperatives should enhance their voice in the interaction with enterprises,that is,they should maintain cooperation with multiple enterprises to avoid the monopoly phenomenon of single enterprise cooperation.The villagers’ self-governing organizations should implement the responsibility of industrial participation.Rural industrial development is a development field involving multiple participation,which should emphasize the common participation of multiple subjects.Only when all actors actually participate in industrial activities and have channels and ways to express and obtain their interests,can they ensuret he sustainable and stable development of interactive relations,further promote industrial income,governance and efficiency,and achieve the goal of rural revitalization faster and better.
