Evaluation And Driving Factors Of Industrial Ecologicalization In Shaanxi Province

Shaanxi province natural resource endowment is good,but it is located in the northwest,influenced by its geographic environment,ecological environment is fragile,and across the country is relatively backward economic development,industrial structure is used in extensive growth mode of the traditional industry,high-tech industry and strategic emerging industries is low,energy-consuming,high pollution,The contradiction between environmental protection and economic development is prominent.Industry is an important support for economic development,and industrial ecological development is the direction and driving force of industrial development.Improving the level of industrial ecological development in Shaanxi province is of great significance for improving resource utilization efficiency,alleviating the contradiction between environment and economic development,promoting supply-side structural reform and high-quality economic development.Therefore,by studying the level and driving factors of industrial ecologicalization in Shaanxi Province,we can understand the development status and existing problems of industrial ecologicalization in Shaanxi Province,and find the fundamental methods to improve the level of industrial ecologicalization according to its driving factors.In order to evaluate the level of industrial ecology in Shaanxi province and explore its driving factors,this paper studies the status quo of industrial development in Shaanxi Province,the spatial-temporal evolution characteristics of industrial ecology in Shaanxi Province and its influencing factors.The paper analyzes the current situation,existing problems and corresponding policies of industrial ecologicalization in 10 prefecture-level cities in Southern Shaanxi,Northern Shaanxi and Guanzhong of Shaanxi province from2010 to 2019,providing realistic support for empirical analysis in the following paper.From more accord with China’s current development situation of connotation of ecological perspective,to build ecological efficiency and industrial efficiency of two dimensions a measure in shaanxi province is the ecological index system,using the method of entropy on comprehensive ecological level measurement,by using the coupling coordination degree model of industry to study the coordination degree of efficiency and ecological efficiency,The temporal and spatial evolution characteristics of industrial efficiency,ecological efficiency,industrial ecologicalization level and industrial efficiency-ecological efficiency coordination degree in Shaanxi province were further discussed by using Arc GIS software.Finally,stat A software is used to empirically analyze the factors affecting the industrial ecocalization by using the fixed effect model,and the nonlinear adjustment effect of per capita fixed asset investment on the path of pollutant emission level to the industrial ecocalization is tested by using the two-threshold model.The main conclusions are as follows :(1)the overall industrial development momentum of shaanxi province is good,the industrial structure optimization trend is obvious,the inter-regional development is unbalanced,although the overall ecological environment shows a trend of improvement,but there are problems such as low energy utilization efficiency and low waste recycling efficiency.(2)The growth rate of industrial efficiency in Guanzhong region and southern Shaanxi region is fast,while the growth rate in northern Shaanxi region is slow.The ecological efficiency fluctuated and increased in Guanzhong region and southern Shaanxi region,but decreased obviously in northern Shaanxi region.The level of industrial ecologicalization in guanzhong region and southern Shaanxi region fluctuated and increased,while that in northern Shaanxi decreased obviously.(3)From 2010 to 2019,the industrial efficiency,ecological efficiency,industrial ecologicalization level and industrial efficiency-ecological efficiency coordination degree all showed a significant transition from the central north of Shaanxi province to the central and southern Part of Shaanxi Province.(4)The main factors affecting the industrial ecologicalization of Shaanxi province include industrial structure,urbanization level,government regulation,comprehensive utilization level of waste and pollutant discharge level.Different influencing factors have different influences on the level of industrial ecologicalization in different regions of Shaanxi Province.(5)Per capita fixed asset investment plays a nonlinear moderating role in the influence of pollutant emission level on industrial ecological level.With the increase of fixed asset investment per capita,the influence of pollutant emission level on industrial ecologicalization gradually decreases.Based on the above conclusions,the following countermeasures and suggestions are put forward: first,optimize the industrial structure and industrial layout to match the resources and environment carrying capacity;Second,improve the level of waste utilization and pollution control,introduce and learn related advanced technology;Third,strengthen infrastructure construction,promote urbanization process,improve pollution control,recycling and other aspects of infrastructure construction;Fourth,promote enterprise green production,deepen enterprise environmental awareness;Fifth,we need to give full play to the government’s regulatory role and formulate and implement strict laws and regulations on ecological and environmental protection.
