| With the rapid improvement of people’s living standards in China,people pay more attention to personal health,which will also bring about the situation that people’s overall requirements for health care products will be improved;At the same time,the problem of aging in China also further promotes the expansion of the pharmaceutical market.Facing opportunities and challenges,pharmaceutical manufacturing companies should pay attention to how to maximize their interests.Therefore,an objective,scientific and comprehensive evaluation of the financial performance of Huadong pharmaceutical,a pharmaceutical manufacturing company,will help it clearly enlarge its advantages,identify its own weaknesses,improve its financial performance and accelerate the development of the company.This paper takes Huadong Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.as the research object,and uses the literature research method and quantitative analysis method to evaluate the financial performance of Huadong pharmaceutical.First,after introducing the research background,purpose and significance,carefully study the relevant literature at home and abroad,and systematically summarize the previous research results.On this basis,it expounds the concepts and theories related to this case.Secondly,a detailed case study is carried out to study the basic situation and financial situation of East China medicine.Thirdly,the financial index method is used to evaluate the financial data of Huadong pharmaceutical and the comparison company,compare the profitability,operating capacity,solvency,growth capacity and cash capacity of the three companies from 2012 to 2021,and systematically evaluate the financial performance of Huadong pharmaceutical.Then factor analysis is used to evaluate the financial performance of Huadong pharmaceutical.From the results of financial performance evaluation,it is found that Huadong pharmaceutical has a good overall performance,which is reflected in its relatively stable solvency and stable development of cash capacity;The main deficiencies are poor performance in profitability,operation capacity and growth capacity.The management of operating costs,accounts receivable,inventory and investment income need to be strengthened,and the quality of operating income needs to be further improved.Finally,based on the deficiencies found in the financial performance evaluation,the following countermeasures are put forward: strengthen the company’s operating cost control,improve investment income,speed up the recovery of accounts receivable,improve the quality of inventory management,and improve the quality of operating income,hoping to help improve the financial performance of East China pharmaceutical company. |
