Research On Working Capital Management Of HS Group From The Perspective Of Supply Chain

Working capital can reflect the liquidity and turnover capacity of enterprise funds,and its management efficiency will have a direct impact on the economic benefits of the company.In recent years,enterprise managers and related scholars are increasingly concerned about how to improve the efficiency of using working capital.A stable operation of the enterprise,inseparable from three links,namely procurement,production and marketing,three business links are related to working capital.Single financial index analysis has been unable to meet the development needs of modern enterprises,the integration of business links and working capital,the implementation of integrated management,the application of financial data to the actual business process,enterprises can better adapt to the modern economic market environment,so as to create greater economic benefits.In this paper,from the perspective of supply chain,the problems in working capital management of dairy enterprises are analyzed,and combined with supply chain theory and working capital related theory,effective working capital management improvement measures are put forward for enterprises.In this paper,HS Group is selected as the case study object.HS Group has a wide range of business coverage,with a complete supply chain from pasture cultivation,dairy farming,dairy processing and sales.The analysis of HS Group will also have certain reference value for companies in the same industry.Firstly,on the basis of consulting a large number of relevant literature,the financial index analysis method and entropy value method are used to analyze and evaluate the overall financial status and working capital management status of HS Group.Secondly,from the perspective of supply chain,find out some problems existing in the process of working capital management;Finally,according to the existing problems of HS group,the corresponding improvement measures are put forward to seek stable development of the enterprise.HS group can control the purchasing quantity of raw materials through rational use of enterprise commercial credit policy,so as to improve the management level of enterprise working capital.To improve the management of working capital in the production link by standardizing the management of other current funds through the sales model;Finally,through the establishment of downstream customer credit mechanism,the implementation of diversified marketing strategy to improve the marketing link of working capital management.This paper puts forward specific effective improvement measures for HS group working capital management status quo,and hopes to have certain reference significance for the same type of enterprises working capital management.
