| At present,the project general contracting mode has been widely used in the domestic and foreign engineering market with its own advantages.Since the introduction of this mode,China has been vigorously promoting it.However,influenced by the traditional mode,the development of general contracting mode in China is not mature,there are a series of problems affecting its development.In this context,by analyzing the problems in the development process of general contracting,identifying the influencing factors of the development of general contracting and studying the most critical factors affecting the development of general contracting can provide a decision-making basis for the promotion path of the development of general contracting,so as to make the development of general contracting better.The main research work is as follows:(1)According to the defined in this paper,the development of the general contractor,from the state policies and regulations,market environment,participation main body in the process of development of the general contractor in three aspects: the analysis of existing problems,and combined with previous studies in the development of the general contractor,the factors which influence then through expert interview method to supplement and modification of influencing factors,The index system including national policies and regulations,market environment,construction unit,general contractor and 11 influencing factors is obtained.Finally,the ISM-ANP model is used to analyze the influencing factors,and the direct causes and root causes of influencing the development of general contracting are obtained,as well as the importance of each influencing factor.(2)Taking the key factors affecting the development of general contracting in China as the starting point,this paper puts forward the development and improvement path of general contracting in the industry,and puts forward the development and improvement path of general contracting in specific cities according to the existing practical experience of general contracting development at home and abroad,combined with the specific characteristics and key influencing factors of the target cities.This part takes the development and improvement path of general contracting in Beijing as the research object.After analyzing the practical experience of domestic provinces and cities in the development process of general contracting,combined with the specific characteristics of Beijing,this part puts forward the development and improvement path of general contracting in Beijing.Through the analysis of the influencing factors of general contracting,this paper puts forward the development path of general contracting,which provides the basis for the development of general contracting mode. |
