At present,for logistics enterprises in the world,how to formulate practical strategies,find positive and effective optimization measures to cope with the fierce competition in the logistics market,to achieve survival and development,has become an urgent issue to be solved.Enterprise organization structure to strengthen enterprise management and control is of great significance,and enterprise organization constantly interact with the external environment,the economic,social,technological,staff,and environmental factors such as the comprehensive influence,the survival and development not only depends on the organization’s internal balance and external adaptation,but also faced with constant optimization adjustment.This paper focuses on the optimization of the organizational structure of H logistics company,so as to provide some help for the future development of H logistics company and solve the problems of its organizational structure.It is hoped that this paper can inspire more researchers to participate in exploration and practice,so as to better provide guidance and help and reference for the optimization and transformation of Logistics enterprises in China.The logistics industry is accelerating its development with a rapid momentum,especially since the beginning of the 21 st century,the logistics industry has gradually got rid of the initial stage of development and slowly moved to a higher stage.The development level of modern logistics industry has become an important embodiment of a country’s comprehensive economic strength.After entering WTO,China’s logistics field has quickened the pace of opening to the outside world,fierce competition among logistics enterprises,market and customer service demand is getting higher and higher,bringing unprecedented opportunities and challenges to logistics enterprises.In terms of the development trend of the world logistics industry,the third-party logistics is the inevitable outcome of the development of the world economy to a certain stage.Although China’s third-party logistics industry develops rapidly,it inevitably exposes some problems in the process.Taking H Logistics Company as the research object,this paper analyzes the organizational structure of H Logistics Company by using literature research method,case analysis method,interview method and questionnaire survey method,and then summarizes the three aspects of problems existing in H Logistics Company.Based on this analysis,the causes of corresponding problems can be obtained by referring to the enterprise organization system theory.In view of the problems and their causes,this paper designs a plan to optimize the organizational structure of H logistics company,and obtains the expected results after optimization.The research results of this paper are as follows:H logistics company has the following three problems: overlapping responsibilities among departments.There are cross-work problems in order docking process,functional division of transportation and logistics departments,and wrong rights and responsibilities of posts,etc.It is urgent to improve and optimize division of responsibilities of departments and rights and responsibilities of posts.Second,the construction of organizational structure is in the traditional stage.The order processing system,performance management system and business management system of H Logistics Company are not unified management systems,and their utilization rates are different.Backward information platform construction,lack of intelligent equipment,transportation efficiency is low.Third,resource integration is inefficient.The management of device resources remains at the static level,and the real-time status collection,visual display,and interactive means of device resources are lacking.Therefore,the dynamic management of device resources and transportation processes cannot be combined,hindering the integration and utilization of device resources.In view of these problems,the reasons include: first,the construction of organizational structure is unreasonable.The main reasons are unclear organizational structure design,disunity of department responsibilities,lack of clear division of responsibilities,no unified enterprise culture and so on.Second,the investment in organizational structure construction is insufficient.The main reasons are lack of awareness of organizational structure construction of senior leaders,serious imbalance of capital investment ratio,serious lack of human resources,lack of promotion of institutional reform and innovation management,weak communication with similar enterprises and so on.Third,the company’s coordination ability is weak.The main reasons are small scale of logistics,poor internal overall coordination,low level of informatization,lack of necessary cooperation between upstream and downstream enterprises and so on.According to the optimization principle,basis and objective,the optimization scheme of H logistics company includes: first,scientific restructuring of organizational structure.Integrate the organizational structure of all positions and functional departments of the company.Second,make clear the responsibilities of the post.According to the current industry development status,the actual operation of the company,internal staff working conditions and other internal and external factors,determine the responsibilities and boundaries of each post function.Third,build communication channels.Optimize information exchange channels among employees,create a mutually beneficial and friendly cooperation atmosphere,encourage each organizational department can cooperate and support each other,increase the centripetal force of the company.Fourth,establish the mode of job division.The establishment of multi-level and differentiated organizational structure mode enables all departments of the company to increase the effective utilization rate of independent resources and information,thus enhancing the organizational management level of the company.At the same time,it also gives the optimized structure of H logistics company and each department,and makes five implementation steps,including design scheme,pilot scheme,re-optimization of scheme,implementation and improvement and dynamic adjustment.Finally,it analyzes the expected effect of optimization.
