| With the continuous deepening of the trend of cultural and tourism integration and the rapid development of tourism,in the era of experience economy,museum tourism has become a cultural tourism carrier chosen by more tourists.Tourists have higher requirements for the quality of tourism,and more emphasis is placed on the pursuit of personalized and experiential museum tourism products.China’s museum tourism resources are quite rich,and the development is very rapid,but because of the late start,there are still some deficiencies in the operation concept,management mode and product supply.Therefore,in order to promote the rapid development of museum tourism,from the perspective of meeting the personalized needs of museum visitors,it is very necessary to study tourists’ tourism experience in museums.This study selected The Qing Mongolian Royal Palace Museum as a case,the comb museum visitors experience the basis of related literature at home and abroad,through the on-the-spot investigation of the case,collected a large number of first-hand information about tourists true feelings,then,using the SPSS and Excel software 23.0,statistics of the questionnaire data.Based on THE ASEB grid analysis method,the questionnaire results were analyzed,and the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of the tourist experience of The Qing Mongolian Royal Palace Museum were obtained from the four aspects of activities,environment,experience and interests.An analysis matrix consisting of 16 units was formed,and the causes were analyzed by combining relevant theories.Based on this,this paper puts forward some strategies for improving the tourist experience of The Qing Mongolian Royal Palace Museum. |
