With the economic globalization and the trend of world economic integration,our country electronic commerce also ushered in the unprecedented in the history of the development of high and growing market demand for offline logistics distribution system,leading to all kinds of logistics enterprises have sprung up in recent years,however,logistics distribution time and effect of service delivery person but can’t meet the needs of customers,On the one hand,the hardware facilities of logistics enterprises,such as equipment,sorting workshop and warehouse,are not perfect yet,which cannot ensure the timeliness of goods;On the other hand is due to rely too much on enterprises and attaches great importance to the logistics facilities,ignoring the employees as the core of the construction of company system,one of the most significant problems in corporate incentive strategy of flaw and the insufficiency,incentive strategy as an important incentive system in enterprises,can improve the staff’s initiative and stimulate staff’s work enthusiasm,However,unreasonable and unscientific incentive strategies in logistics enterprises will directly affect employees’ enthusiasm for work,reduce the effectiveness of logistics distribution,and lead to companies unable to provide satisfactory services to users.W logistics company founded in 2005,is engaged in the logistics industry for 17 years,is a professional to provide general cargo transportation,refined oil,fuel distribution,passenger car rental,multimodal transport and other transport modes of AAAA integrity logistics transportation company,the company has passenger cars,tankers,LNG half hanged,general cargo,such as a total of more than six hundred vehicles,With its own strength and years of market and customer experience,the company has gradually developed into a leader in the freight market.Business scope covers all regions of the country(except Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan),each transport vehicle is equipped with two professional drivers to follow the car,to ensure the safety and timely arrival of goods.This paper takes W Logistics Company as a case to study employee incentive strategy optimization,which has typical significance.However,with the rapid development of the industry and enterprises,the company also exposed the phenomenon of increasing employee mobility and decreasing employee stability.The research shows that the company has the following problems in employee incentive strategy: first,the design of compensation incentive strategy is not reasonable;Second,the promotion system is unreasonable,lack of career planning guidance;The third is the lack of systematic training incentive strategy;Fourth,the construction of corporate culture and environment incentive strategy is weak.The reasons mainly include the following four aspects: first,the management is not strong on the construction of incentive strategy;Second,the function of human resources department is not obvious;Third,the incentive means are monotonous;Fourth,the scale of material incentive and spiritual incentive is inappropriate.The study found that material incentive is the primary demand of employees in W Logistics Company,which can improve the satisfaction of technicians in the short term.Only by enhancing spiritual demand on the basis of material demand can the long-term motivation be achieved.Therefore,based on the problems existing in employee incentive strategy of W Logistics Company,this paper considers that the incentive strategy of technical personnel of W Logistics Company can be optimized from the following six aspects by using the hierarchy of needs theory,attribution theory and two-factor theory,combined with the summary and analysis of relevant literature.First,the improvement of compensation incentive strategy;Second,the improvement of performance appraisal system;Third,promotion incentive strategy improvement;Fourth,the improvement of career development incentive strategy;Fifth,training encourages improvement;Sixth,culture and environment encourage improvement.Finally,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the employee incentive strategy optimization plan of W Logistics Company,the company needs to establish a sound guarantee mechanism from three aspects: improving ideological understanding,establishing supporting system,and building a good corporate culture.
