| In the process of urbanization in China,the implementation of characteristic towns not only provides new development ideas for the construction of new urbanization,but also plays a great role in promoting it.The construction of characteristic towns promotes the development of new urbanization by improving infrastructure construction and introducing technology and talents.However,in the construction of characteristic towns,it is difficult to ensure whether the construction speed and quality meet the requirements,or whether each characteristic town can achieve the expected goal.The construction of characteristic towns is often cancelled due to problems such as construction speed and quality.Therefore,whether the construction of characteristic towns is affected by the implementation management and how to maximize the implementation management effect of characteristic towns have become issues to be faced and studied.Based on the implementation and management characteristics of characteristic towns,this paper mainly explores the influencing factors in the design and construction stages.The structural equation model is used to study the relationship between the influencing factors of the implementation management of characteristic towns,and put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.Firstly,by combing the relevant literature,this thesis is expounded the research status of Characteristic Towns in China.Relying on the relevant theoretical basis of the research,this thesis is comprehensively analyzed the development status and implementation management difficulties of Characteristic Towns in Shandong Province,mainly including the lack of scientificity in planning,lack of standardization in management,low professional quality of managers,unreasonable construction scheme,large initial capital investment,slow construction progress and so on.From the design and construction stage,the source of influencing factors is analyzed in terms of preliminary planning,overall design,professional technology,construction quality,progress,safety,cost,contract and information.35 influencing factors are summarized by using literature reading method and expert consultation method,and a list of influencing factors for the implementation and management of Characteristic Towns in Shandong Province is established.Secondly,based on the list of influencing factors,this thesis constructs the influencing factor model of the implementation management of Characteristic Towns in Shandong Province,and puts forward relevant research hypotheses on the relationship between the influencing factors at all levels and the implementation management effect of characteristic towns.The questionnaire was designed and distributed according to the list of influencing factors,the data were sorted and analyzed by SPSS software,and the reliability and validity were tested to verify the rationality and reliability of the sample data.Amos software was used for confirmatory factor analysis and overall relationship verification.Through model fitting,evaluation and correction,the research conclusion is obtained: the design stage and construction stage have a significant impact on the implementation and management effect of Characteristic Towns in Shandong Province,the early planning,design planning and professional technology have a significant impact on the management in the design stage,and the quality,progress,safety,cost,contract and information have a significant impact on the management in the construction stage.The research hypotheses are established.Finally,it expounds the empirical results of the influencing factors of the implementation management of Characteristic Towns in Shandong Province,analyzes the potential variables and observation variables respectively,and determines 16 key factors according to the judgment standard of standardized path coefficient: basic condition,resource endowment,design quality,scheme design,construction drawing design,quality inspection,quality control,surrounding environment coordination,progress objectives and plans,progress control,progress deviation analysis Safety inspection and education,safety control,cost control,contract change management,information processing and sharing.Based on the above key factors,this thesis puts forward countermeasures and suggestions on early planning and overall design in the design stage,quality,progress and safety in the construction stage,so as to help the high-quality development of Characteristic Towns in Shandong Province.According to the characteristics of the design and construction stage of characteristic towns,this thesis deeply analyzes the influencing factors and related relations,key influencing factors and Countermeasures of the implementation and management of Characteristic Towns in Shandong Province.The research results provide decision-making basis for the planning of characteristic town projects,contribute to the smooth implementation of characteristic town projects,and then promote the sustainable development of characteristic towns. |
