Study On Spatial Distribution Characteristics Of Nighttime Economy And Planning Response Strategies In Mianyang City Based By Multi-source Data

At present,in the background of increasingly complex international trade conditions and vigorous promotion of industrial and economic structural transformation and reform,the fundamental role of expanding consumption on economic development has become an important choice for the government departments at all ranks.,the night economy as a new force has become an important engine to drive the city’s economic and social development,It is also an important tool to improve employment,economic growth,and promote the growth of the service sector.More than that,it can become the highlight of the city’s economic development and business cards.However,compared with the urban daytime economy,there is not enough attention and research on the nighttime economy for both ordinary citizens and professional urban managers and planners,which leads to the confusion of the development of urban nighttime economy and makes it difficult for theoretical research to keep up with the real needs of the booming development.Based on research data and means such as POI data,Baidu heat map data,current land use data and questionnaire survey,this study analyzes the allocation of the night-time economy in Mianyang,its spatial agglomeration status,the allocation of activity areas and the factors affecting the activities,as well as interviews and questionnaire surveys with citizens and practitioners related to night-time economy,summarizes the problems of night-time economy development in Mianyang city,and puts forward the The study summarizes the problems of night-time economy development in Mianyang,and proposes strategies to optimize the development of night-time economy in Mianyang.Based on POI data,Baidu heat map data and current land use data,this paper analyzes the night-time economy business distribution,active area distribution and related influencing parameters in Mianyang City.From the POI data,we analyze the supply characteristics of the night-time economy in Mianyang,and the main findings are.:(1)the distribution of night-time economy varies greatly between districts in the main urban area of Mianyang,mainly in Chengbei Street,Chengxiang Street,Gong Qu Street,Chaoyang Street,Gaoxin Street,Ke Chuang Park Street and Fu Jiang River Street,while the distribution in the rest of the districts is small;the night-time economy in Mianyang is dominated by catering,shopping,entertainment,etc.(2)The night-time economy in Mianyang is mainly catering,shopping,entertainment,etc.,and the construction of sports,arts and culture,tourism and other consumption modes is slightly insufficient,and the consumption structure of the night-time economy is relatively single,with the overall characteristics of concentrated distribution "Onecore multi-center" in the downtown circle.From the analysis of the Baidu heat map data and the current land use data,the main conclusions are:(1)the core active areas of the night-time economy in Mianyang are mainly distributed in three areas,covering the streets of Gong Qu District,Chengbei Street and Chengxiang Street,which are in the downtown circle,while the rest of the city has a low level of night-time economic activity;(2)The nighttime economic activity in Mianyang reaches its peak at 20:30-21:00 and decreases rapidly after 21:30;(3)The nighttime economic activity in Mianyang is highly correlated with the allocation of residential land,commercial land and transportation land and the land use mix,but the overall land use mix in the active area is not high.At the same time,from the perspective of on-the-spot investigation,the three typical nighttime economic agglomeration areas in Mianyang City were investigated.Based on the field interview data and questionnaire survey data,the development status and existing problems of the nighttime economic agglomeration areas in Mianyang City were analyzed.The main conclusions are:(1)The night travel time of residents in Mianyang is mainly between 18:00and 24:00 on weekends,with catering and shopping as the main consumption formats,and lack of cultural supply;(2)The consumption peaks in the three nighttime economic agglomeration areas are basically It was between 20:30 and 21:00,but the activity level declined rapidly and lasted for a short time.By 22:00,the nighttime economic activities had basically ended;(3)The basic supporting facilities such as traffic,health and safety at night in Mianyang City cannot fulfill the needs of residents at night and need to be strengthened and improved.Then,by summarizing the shortcomings of the nighttime economy in Mianyang City as derived from the previous paper,and combined with the relevant policies and the current situation of urban development,analyzed the problems faced by the development of night-time economy in Mianyang.Finally,based on the results of the previous analysis,the paper proposes an optimization policy for the development of the night-time economy in Mianyang city and gives planning suggestions,taking into account the current situation of urban construction in Mianyang.It is expected that through the research of the text,the shortcomings of the night-time economy development in Mianyang city will be solved,the night-time economic experience will be enriched,and the healthy and sustainable development of Mianyang city in economic,social and cultural aspects will be promoted.
