Our country’s survey and design industry started early,and it has maintained a rapid growth trend since the founding of the People’s Republic of my country.However,with the continuous changes in economic development mode,management mode and operation rules,the market entry threshold of the survey and design industry is also lowered,and the accompanying competition is also becoming more and more fiercely.Began to transform to undertake EPC project.The opportunity of transformation will bring new development opportunities to the design institute,and at the same time,it will also bring the threat of being annexed,replaced and so on in the fierce competition.To formulate an effective development plan and marketing strategy for EPC service is a key problem that each survey and design institute needs to solve urgently.Therefore,it is of great significance to study how design institutes promote EPC service,which is helpful for design institutes in need of transformation to formulate appropriate marketing strategies and provide a reference for successful transformation.This paper takes the EPC service of MMI Planning&Engineering Institute IX as the research object,combined with the development history of MMI Planning&Engineering Institute IX,and explores how to promote EPC service based on the automobile industry,reorganize and integrate various resources,and optimize organizational structure to formulate appropriate EPC service marketing strategies,through the literature research method,comparative analysis method and other methods to collect,integrate,deepen and analyze all kinds of information,so as to draw conclusions.The research results show that(1)the promotion of EPC service is the inevitable direction of future business development of MMI Planning&Engineering Institute IX,and it is the main growth point of MMI Planning&Engineering Institute IX future operating profit;(2)Only with a good reputation in the industry can the The EPC service of MMI Planning&Engineering Institute IX has a stable and sustainable development,and a good reputation creates a good brand;(3)In addition to the original FAW Group customers with stable design foundation,MMI Planning&Engineering Institute IX must promote the EPC service among other group companies in the automotive industry.The influence of MMI Planning&Engineering Institute IX in the industry.The research of the thesis is guided by the marketing theory.Through the analysis of many factors such as MMI Planning&Engineering Institute IX national policy,industrial environment,technical level,etc.,it further optimizes the MMI Planning&Engineering Institute IX project general contracting marketing system and strategy.Planning&Engineering Institute Ⅸ plays a positive role in market development at home and abroad and promotion of marketing capabilities.At the same time,it is also a successful reference case for how the design institute transforms to undertake the EPC project.
