High-tech service industry is an important part and high-end link of modern service industry,with high technology content,strong innovation and huge development potential.Innovation performance is the key to the survival and development of high-tech service industry,so it is necessary to explore and identify the effective path to improve the innovation performance of high-tech service enterprises.Given that the high-tech service industry evolved from a knowledge-intensive service industry and is more likely to be restricted by resource allocation and technical bottlenecks,it is necessary to continuously strengthen learning and improve the state of resource construction to overcome the limitations in development and improve innovation performance..In reality,organizational learning and business model innovation often work together to promote corporate innovation.Based on the perspective of the linkage between organizational learning and business model innovation,exploring the configuration path for improving the innovation performance of the high-tech service industry is conducive to the development of the high-tech service industry.This study firstly summarizes and analyzes domestic and foreign research literature on the factors influencing innovation performance of high-tech service industry,and then selects the two perspectives of organizational learning and business model innovation,and defines utilization learning,exploratory learning,and efficiency learning.Concepts and measurement indicators of business model innovation and novel business model innovation;taking listed high-tech service enterprises as the research object,using the fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis method to analyze the impact path of high-tech service enterprises’ innovation performance,through data standardization After processing and analysis,the configuration paths of high innovation performance and non-high innovation performance of high-tech service enterprises are obtained.After calculation and further analysis,the following conclusions are drawn.The research found that: First,a single variable in organizational learning(utilization learning,exploratory learning)and business model innovation(efficiency business model innovation,novel business model innovation)cannot lead to the occurrence or non-occurrence of results,and neither is the result.necessary condition.Secondly,there are four paths to achieve high innovation performance of high-tech service industry enterprises.According to the core condition variables of each path,the four paths can be divided into: "Exploratory learning + efficient business model innovation"(R1),"novel business model innovation"leading(R2),"exploratory learning + novel business model innovation"(R3)and "novel business model innovation" Innovation + non-efficiency business model innovation" type(R4).Finally,based on the perspective of the linkage between organizational learning and business model innovation,suggestions are made.High-tech service enterprises should choose different types of organizational learning to improve innovation performance according to their own business models;for high-tech service enterprises,they should choose novel business model innovation.It has a more promoting effect on innovation performance;high-tech service enterprises should choose different paths to improve innovation performance according to their own conditions.
